It's a very nice cafe. We went often, because next to the hotel. Very nice girl waiter, says "Thank you" in Russian). The portions are large. There aren't many people. There is a small summer porch. They don't take tips, which surprised me a lot.
Two servings + tea, came out no more than 48-52 dirhams (1100-1200 rubles). We ate one portion there (boldly for two), and took the second portion to the hotel.
You can pay with a Unionpay card from Rosselkhoznadzor.

My husband and I took a Greek salad and fish in batter (chikefish). All in one serving. The fish is very tasty. French fries are not too dry. The portions are so large that they are full. They also took Turkish coffee. It's with spices, for an amateur. My husband liked it.
