I visited the cozy cafe CafeCity Fountain on Islam Safarli Street, 1 in Baku. Located in a busy pedestrian area, it offers European and Italian cuisine, affordable prices and a modern interior with lounge elements. There is an interesting patterned decor on the ceiling, and the summer playground adds comfort. A great place to relax and enjoy delicious food! :)

We chose this place for breakfast. You can eat for 4-10 manats per dish + free tea for each breakfast. The interior is pleasant, the food is delicious and satisfying, the staff is polite, but not everyone understands Russian.

A big plus is unlimited tea, when buying breakfast. The main contingent for breakfast is local, it still speaks about the institution.

Disgusting, boorish attitude! We waited for porridge and English breakfast for an hour!!!! 60 minutes. Where can it be seen???
So an hour later they brought something else! They asked for eggs without yolks, they brought them with yolks and barely fried. After 50 minutes of waiting, ofik began to pay attention to reset where the order was, he began to pretend not to notice. I had to go to the manager. As a result, breakfast is ruined. I do not recommend this place!!!

The main question is, why not five? Yes, in fact, there is nothing to put 5 here. We were seated without any problems, but by one o'clock there were a lot of people, almost all the tables were occupied. We ordered Caesar salad, feta salad and a vegetarian snack breakfast.
Caesar is normal, the chicken is not dry, but also not straight juicy, there is enough sauce, and an iceberg was used, as it should be.
Salad with feta is the same, everything is fine, standard good, without wow and wow.
It's the same with a snack, you can get enough without dissatisfaction, but you don't have to wait for direct enjoyment.
The service and atmosphere are at an average level, as one might expect.
