I visit this institution very often.
The service is excellent, the employees are always friendly, the workplace is always clean and tidy, baking... Thank you that she is always happy.

I took coffee once. Because of the not very fresh milk (presumably) and my susceptible intestines, then I had to run home urgently. I try not to go in there anymore. It's a pity that not all establishments are demanding of their product and its components. Plus it's quite expensive. This is considered the norm for coffee shops, but I don't think so. Even in a cappuccino machine, it is tastier, cheaper and does not cause any undesirable reactions from the body... 🤷🏼♂️

the place itself is not bad, but the staff and the smazhenki are TERRIBLE. They only have a name from the Kirov ones. We came at 20:30 (work is announced until 21:00) we wanted to sit and drink cocoa with marshmallows, they didn't let us sit, referring to the fact that they were already closing. Is this behavior adequate????? customer orientation is 0/10. I do not recommend this place to anyone, even marshmallows are tasteless.
