The basis of the hotel is a real palace, built about 150 years ago for the most honored guests who arrived at the opening of the Suez Canal. The palace is maintained in excellent condition, it is in it that most of the public areas of the hotel are located. More than a dozen restaurants and cafes, a casino, its own park with statues and fountains - everything that should be in a hotel of this class.
Two towers and several low-rise buildings per thousand (!!!) are designed for guests' accommodation rooms that definitely need to be updated.

It's such a place. It may be nothing compared to the outside world, but otherwise it's sad. Not "Marriott" in the full sense of this brand. Ordering cocktails is contraindicated, they just don't know how, money is wasted. It is better to take breakfast according to the menu in the room. The buffet is three times more expensive, the essence is the same.
Well, it's not 5 stars, of course, but in Egypt everything is a little too high. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful! Natural juices for breakfast. Heated swimming pool... I'm attaching a photo…
