This is the most non-customer-oriented place in Tashkent. I don't recommend going there if you don't want to spoil your mood.
I decided to visit this space for the first time and this was my last visit. The workers at the checkout are neither hello nor goodbye. With a sullen face, they serve very slowly and as if they do not hear that they are being addressed.
We sat down at a table, ordered coffee, lemonade, and a cake. At that time, the child stood with his feet on the chair, some guy came up, as I understand the manager, and defiantly asked not to spoil the property. How can you even tell a client that?!
I asked for a high chair. To which he replied that they did not have it.
I apologized for the fact that my child is sitting on their "golden" chair.
we waited a long time for the order that we carried for a year. Just take the cake out of the refrigerator. Then this man came up again and made a remark to us that he did not like that my child was there.
If you treat customers this way and are afraid for your furniture, then you should have a sign at the entrance that mothers with children are not allowed to enter!!!!
I'm just outraged by the service.

The dessert was served frozen, so the biscuit was dense and hard, the cream had the consistency of butter, the strawberries were hard as ice. The match was made with sugar, although I did not ask to add sugar. He left dissatisfied with neither dessert nor drink.

We were in front of NG—on December 30, a young girl (an employee) stood at the cash register and told a terrible and obscene joke about abortion to the whole hall, laughing - which is absolutely unacceptable. When you come to an institution , you pay not only for the food , but for the atmosphere and service . I'm definitely not going to come here anymore, just because of the staff. We have been to different branches of this network several times. The sandwiches are great, the coffee is good, the cheesecake is good. But the other desserts are so-so. Prague and caramel cake are sickly sweet. Besides, their cakes are frozen. In the cafe on Amir Timur, today they brought me something already thawed outside, and still icy inside. It didn't look very good (the cream was cut off, water droplets appeared), and the sensitive tooth enamel was not pleased.

The hall is too clean. The coaches are very polite) The only drawback is that there are 4 TVs showing the same thing, exercise and advertising. Sometimes I leave work late and want to watch football (important matches) during training, but unfortunately it doesn't work out. If we made such a convenience for at least one TV, it would be super!!!!

They said again that this is the same oolong, only with milk. I apologized a thousand times, I took it away… And a minute later he brought the same oolong with milk, sprinkled with cloves and some other spices. He also specially held the leaves with a mesh at the bottom so that we would not allegedly notice and demonstrated that this is a completely different tea - the author's. We paid, of course, as for the author's tea, and not for oolong diluted with milk. And the cheesecakes are delicious here, at least it brightens up the evening. But we definitely won't drink tea here anymore.
