This is the most non-customer-oriented place in Tashkent. I don't recommend going there if you don't want to spoil your mood.
I decided to visit this space for the first time and this was my last visit. The workers at the checkout are neither hello nor goodbye. With a sullen face, they serve very slowly and as if they do not hear that they are being addressed.
We sat down at a table, ordered coffee, lemonade, and a cake. At that time, the child stood with his feet on the chair, some guy came up, as I understand the manager, and defiantly asked not to spoil the property. How can you even tell a client that?!
I asked for a high chair. To which he replied that they did not have it.
I apologized for the fact that my child is sitting on their "golden" chair.
we waited a long time for the order that we carried for a year. Just take the cake out of the refrigerator. Then this man came up again and made a remark to us that he did not like that my child was there.
If you treat customers this way and are afraid for your furniture, then you should have a sign at the entrance that mothers with children are not allowed to enter!!!!
I'm just outraged by the service.
