There is no heating in the room. There was a glass street wall covered by a curtain. Accordingly, the batteries were not provided there. The air conditioner was running non-stop at plus 30, but it didn't really help. The floor is an icy broken tile covered with a carpet. The bed linen is 100% polyester, electrified so that sparks are visible at night. The mattress is the cheapest, all the springs are in your sides. I couldn't sleep on a pillow, I slept on my jacket, covered with a towel for 3 nights. The bathroom is tiny, 0.5 x 0.5, of course there is no shower, there is a hole in the icy floor, and there is no foot towel. In 3 days, it's not that no one has cleaned up - even the trash has never been taken out. I didn't want to ask. Breakfast is disgusting, all 3 days it was the same: dry buckwheat, third-rate sausages, eggs and sliced meat. Thank God it's over!)
A great hotel for your money, especially in the very center. We will only come back here!
The staff is polite, helpful, everything is there and there is a shower in the room and a refrigerator and tea, coffee, water
I highly recommend it!
We flew in transit through Yerevan. We stayed at the California Boutique for two days. The very center. Very nice guys at the reception. A good breakfast.
A mini-hotel, the rooms are small and without Windows, but you can spend the night for a couple of days. The rooms are cleaned daily, the floors, the linen are all clean. The very center, convenient location, responsive friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, excellent pastries. Coffee is available on request at any time, no extra money was charged for it. All this allows you to put a solid 4, five does not pull because of the scanty area of the room and the lack of a view from the window. Overall, the hotel has left a positive response.
If the location of the hotel is important to you, and it is not particularly important which room, then this hotel is suitable.
The place is really geographically convenient, but it's not particularly comfortable to stay in the hotel for longer than a day.
It is more suitable as an intermediate option for one night
A great place for a small budget. The hotel is quiet, friendly staff (greetings to Daniel). The location is in the very center, a stone's throw from Republic Square.

A small and completely inconspicuous hotel with 8 rooms) Its trump card is the location, 5 minutes walk from Republic Square, the very center! The rooms are small, modestly furnished, garbage and towels are taken out only on demand) There are modest and monotonous breakfasts... On the plus side, this hotel seemed cozy to me, maybe because of the cozy Yerevan, or maybe because of the kind and smiling Armenians))
One of the advantages is the location, responsive staff. If you need at least some amenities and you will spend more than just the night in the room, then you need to consider other options. I would especially like to note the lack of windows in a small room. You can make an imitation of a window. This will betray psychological comfort.
The rooms are very small, we got without a window, refrigerator, hair dryer. But I am ready to put 10 stars for the staff! Wonderful people have helped in everything, given a hair dryer and iron, put food in the refrigerator, and also settled ahead of time and helped in many matters.
I barely found a hotel. the room has an insanely cold floor. and it's so very uncomfortably cold. the heating from the air conditioner is barely enough. There is a glacier in the bathroom. the room itself is shabbily modest. I do not recommend it. it's not worth your money, even taking into account the location in the very center
A very bad hotel! It's cold, dark, and cramped. There are no windows in the room. They didn't even put toilet paper in.
And breakfast is only from 9 o'clock
The noise of the repair. The terminal did not work, the payment was barely made. They do not accept foreign cards.
I really regret choosing this hotel. It does not cost 3,500 per day (and this amount is even discounted)
In the courtyard of the residential complex, walls were built under a canopy and cardboard partitions were divided into 7 rooms, of which 4 rooms without windows.
The rooms are very small ~ 6 m2, there is nowhere to put the travel bag, you have to constantly move to open the closet or door.
The bathroom is small, the shower room is without a pallet, if you bathe the whole toilet becomes wet.
The beds are very bad, not durable. The mattresses are terrible.
There is mold on the grilles of the supply and exhaust system.
The rooms are poorly cleaned, cleaning is on request.
There is no heating, the room is cool. The breakfasts are meager.
The staff is brash, unfriendly.
The location is good.
I definitely do not recommend it to family people. One can still spend the night for a day.
The hotel and rooms are cozy, but the beds are narrow enough for two and there is poor sound insulation. At 5-6 o'clock in the morning every day, someone is talking noisily in the hall, you can hear it in your own room. The doors are slamming, it feels like the walls are shaking on purpose with all their might. Getting enough sleep is not easy.

The very center of the city. Very small rooms. Delicious "homemade" breakfasts.
