There are several shallow pools for children. The hotel is located near the underwater museum, you can relax or swim with a mask to see. The only drawback is poor room cleaning. You will have to run to the reception to ask for towels, gel, shampoo and put up with sand in the room. In general, the hotel is comfortable for rest.

A good family hotel, apartments with a separate bedroom, plenty of room in the room. The first coastline, a decent beach, clean water (we were in October), entering the water is what you need, who is with children.
About 25% of Russians, mostly Europeans.
The food is standard by European standards, mostly the same dishes, but there is something to choose from, hot dishes are changed daily for lunch and dinner on the menu. The breakfasts are the same. There is no point in taking everything included, it's better to go to the city for a change, there are plenty of restaurants for every taste.
There were no problems during the rest period.

We took apartments for 4 people, rested for 10 days.
Positive: the first line, beautiful territory, there are several large pools, delicious food. The breakfasts are very hearty, a varied large menu. Large and spacious apartment with its own track.
Cons: your beach is terrible, you need to go to nissi or makronisis. The rooms are not cleaned every day, and not very well. The air conditioner was constantly breaking down, the room was stuffy. The beds are very uncomfortable, it is not comfortable to sleep. The rooms near the pool are very noisy, discos can be heard until 23.00, etc.
In general, I really liked the rest, the price of the hotel is budget, so I put a solid 4.

In 2021, the hotel is closed, but the neighboring Electra is open - they are from the same network. Initially, we were supposed to settle in Narcissos, which is in Protaras, but when we arrived there we were told that there were no rooms of this type and were taken by taxi to Electra, and Electra, in addition to their houses, is settled in several houses of Calista, which are closer to the road (block 21, 19 and a few more). And only these few houses from all over Calista are not preserved. That is, we were registered in Elektra and went there to eat, but actually lived on the territory of Calista. We walked around the territory - it is clear that everything is old and it is very unusual to look at a mothballed hotel in the center of Ayia Napa with almost drained pools in which only rainwater accumulates.

Like it. For a calm, measured rest. Take all inclusive. They feed and drink just fine. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, there is a kitchen. Practically its own beach, just a municipal one right next to the sea, a sunbed and an umbrella 5 evro. At these 3 meters away, across the footpath, all pies are included. There are many pools and bars. There is no animation. What is there can be called children's animation. For dancing and shows, walk a kilometer to the nearest club. And yes, the hotel is very quiet. And yes, there is a construction site nearby. She's the only one standing. It's a great place, I highly recommend it.

We had a family vacation with a one-year-old child, the room was cozy and spacious, I especially liked the mini-kitchen, where there is everything necessary for cooking (sometimes they cooked for a child), there was also an ironing board and an iron in the room. I liked everything from the food, there was plenty to choose from, of course everything was monotonous for breakfast, but it didn't bother us. The sea is close, the sandy beach, the approach is good, of course there are stones in places, but over time you understand where it is better to go so as not to stumble. From the minus, check-in only after 14 hours, until that time no one is settled even with small children (because of this, minus 1 star). And yet, on Thursdays and Sundays, the room is not cleaned, they do not even take out the trash. And so everything is super!

Very large terrace with rattan table and chairs. The territory has two swimming pools, its own free beach on the grass with sun beds and umbrellas. Meals for 4, you will definitely not stay hungry. Most of the vacationers are Russian-speaking, communication with the staff is in English. There is a supermarket at the hotel. Absolutely incompetent cooks (just translating products). The husband and child lost weight from the fact that everything was not tasty and it was not possible to eat. You could eat buns with raisins, grated carrots, oranges and tomatoes (they are difficult to spoil).
Cockroaches are big and small in the room.

(I was lying in winter, I was very reminded)Next to the construction site of a large hotel, all photos are taken against the background of it, I mean that it is even visually impossible to enjoy the beach. A terrible, old, smelly, poor hotel, there were for less money in the "Eleana" a year ago, heaven and earth! They are populated almost only by Russians and Ukrainians, I think that Europeans would not tolerate this.
