We were in Baku in September with friends. We booked the hotel through the operator, there was one extra place (cot), the 3rd girlfriend unexpectedly joined. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. It so happened that I was very ill and arrived on Sunday, I did not have time to change the currency-not all the exchangers were working, but I had to go to the doctor and go to the pharmacy. A very nice man from the staff accompanied me to the pharmacy and gave me a certain amount of manat until I exchanged the currency. The maid always asked about my health afterwards. Thank you very much for participating! This is very valuable! The location of the hotel is convenient, it takes 20-30 minutes on foot to Nazim Street and the old town, 15 minutes to the Boulevard. They walked to the center of Gayadar Aliyev, as they did everywhere else. The breakfasts are ordinary, without frills, but personally I had enough before lunch. There is a bus to the airport nearby. A large shopping center where Zara and so on are also very close. The rooms are clean, cleaned. But it would be nice to update the towels. Thanks for the hospitality! We really liked Baku!
A new, modern, excellent hotel in the very center of Baku. The breakfasts, of course, are modest and the same thing every day. The rooms are all fresh and clean, the only problem in the showers is that the hot water flows, then it changes to cold. The staff is also hospitable. If we come again, we can stay here again.
Not bad. But if the budget allows, it's better to take something more interesting.
You can live, you can spend a vacation, the price is reasonable, the location is great. There is not enough service and hotel services
Not far from the metro. The embankment is no more than 15 minutes away. Nizami Street is 10 minutes away.
Good service.
A wonderful breakfast-everything is very tasty.
For the first time we lived in a 2-storey room. The children liked it very much. Kettle, refrigerator, Jacuzzi, good extra bed.
Will we stay there again? Absolutely!
Located in an old house. Steep climb through the front. The sign is not easy to find. The staff is polite right up to the first problem. It smells like sewage in the bathrooms + ventilation works very poorly. I can forget about towels. The breakfasts are very poor, everything is flour. Coffee for an additional fee of 6 manat. The last straw was the bacchanalia of some English-speaking guests who yelled, sang, smoked all night and watched TV at full volume in the Lobby. The staff did not stop in any way, and the next morning pretended that nothing had happened (I just stepped in). When asked to contact the owner or manager, they offered to wait for a meeting with him (after the time of our departure). An apology?? Well, what are you doing... you didn't even wait for the formal ones
The hotel is in the center of Baku, when checking in there were difficulties associated with cleaning the room, but then, apparently, as compensation, we changed rooms every day, improving the category, five meals.
The excellent location of the hotel is in the very center of Baku. Availability of rooms with balconies. Friendly staff. High level of service. I highly recommend it!
