Greetings. I have been at this hotel since December 14, 2024, it is located in the Indian quarter, beautiful from the outside, there is security, check-in through the checkpoint, fenced, green with palm trees and a small pool, always clean by the way. Inside the entrance hall, it's spacious, there are no air conditioners, it's stuffy, it's hot, a large reception, there are safe deposit boxes, we lived on the fifth floor, a superior room, two separate beds, air conditioning, an ordinary bathtub with a shower, good lighting in different locations of the room, a closet with light and a private safe, a full-length mirror in the closet itself, bathroom accessories were only shampoo, hats, soap, changed every day, during the week of stay, linen was changed twice (old, but clean and smelled nice, there were holes) towels were changed, if necessary, thrown on the floor, which means they will be changed when cleaning the room, which was every day, there were no slippers and bathrobes and they didn't offer) a room with worn walls, black air conditioning inside, mold in the bathroom, of course they washed, but the stains were present, creaky beds on wheels) a TV with one channel in Russian, all the others were local, there were no foreign smells, the hotel requires repair, of course, but if you don't find fault, it's okay, but not 4 stars, as stated on some websites, absolutely not, one star, yes, breakfast was included in the tour, quite adequate and delicious dishes, not salted, not peppered, the staff is friendly, will I come back to it again, no, they will make repairs, yes! There are many photos of the hotel that didn't fit, which is sad(
I was at the hotel in March 2024. The location of the hotel itself is simply great if you consider it as a starting point for trips to Lan Island. The pier is about 10 minutes away at a steady pace. There are mostly Indian cuisine cafes and a bunch of massage parlors near the hotel. The prices in the cafe are reasonable, the food is excellent. There are two Seven stores within walking distance. Walking distance to Volking Street is 10 minutes. Tuk tuks go right in front of the hotel. The hotel has its own small territory combined with Parking. There is a guard at the entrance. There is a small swimming pool. The staff is very attentive. Rooms without balconies. The rooms are a little old, but everything is very clean. Two elevators. The audibility in the rooms is decent. There is a safe. Cleaning is daily. There is a kettle. Daily two bottles of water, coffee, cream (dry) and sugar are also in the room. The Wi-Fi in the rooms and on the floor catches poorly. The Internet is good at the reception. Breakfast is the same every day (rice, sausages, eggs, cold cuts, toast, vegetables, tea, coffee). Alcohol (beer, rum) can be purchased at the reception at any time, and the price is correspondingly higher than in the store. Beach towels are provided in the lobby by the pool. In general, it is quite a decent hotel for a break from daytime beaches and excursions. I highly recommend it to those who are going to actively relax!!!!
I really liked the hotel: It's worth the money. Large, there is an elevator, excellent staff. There is a swimming pool. They provided an extra bed for a child for 500 baht. The location is great: lots of cafes, massages around. Walking street is a 5-minute walk away.
Not a bad hotel. Clear. The location is very convenient. It is located in the Hindu district. Breakfast at the hotel is acceptable. There is a bass in which I did not swim))). The room service is good.
The hotel is not bad. The walls are thin, crowds of Indians make it difficult to sleep-they gather in a room and talk loudly. In general, the hotel is on the street, where everything is for Indians, all canteens and cafes. There is a modest breakfast in the dining room and the staff looking after you all the time, suddenly you eat too much. But it is located in the very center, the second street is parallel to Volkin Street, other neighbors with uncomfortable sounds in front of children can also come in at night. There is a swimming pool, there is no access to the sea right near for swimming. The marina for trips to the islands is a 10-minute walk away.
I was here on March 24th. The hotel is in the center, located on the 5th floor, transport in any direction. Spending the night is the best thing. No frills))) breakfast is more like a snack) the same thing every day. Shops are within walking distance. But what I didn't like was the crowds of Hindus in the area, bought a lot of real estate. Restaurants, cafes where there is no one)
The hotel fully meets expectations: clean, daily cleaning, quite hearty breakfasts, comfortable and inexpensive. Excellent location - 15 minutes walk from the pier.
Excellent location, near the market for locals. Fruits and good street food. The original design of the hotel. The service at the hotel is at the proper level. The photos match.
Our favorite vacation spot!It is located in the center, on the 2nd street.Nearby is the entire infrastructure (cafes, massage parlors, shops, pharmacies).A 20-minute walk from the pier for sailing to the islands).The hotel has breakfast (delicious, lots of Thai dishes), the rooms are clean, almost everything is renovated.The staff is polite (but no one canceled 20 baht)The disadvantage is that they do not understand well even in sign language, but it is always possible to negotiate.
A wonderful hotel with a good location for tourists, 10 minutes from the coastline, wide access to various places in the city. Pleasant staff and clean rooms, food at a high level. There is no view from the window in the rooms facing the opposite side from the facade, but it is not needed for tourists interested in walking and exploring the city and culture of the country, and not sitting in a hotel.
We rested in this hotel three times, the first two times we were accommodated in a new building, everything was fine with the food and the location, except for the smell near the pool, a bad drain in the toilet and not very good air conditioning, but we were practically not in the hotel, you know Thai. For the third time we were accommodated in the old building, and then the HORROR began, BEDBUGS of different varieties, did not sleep at night at all since they crawl out only at night, went to the reception, helped only by giving a bottle of DICHLOFOS and that was it. We won't go there anymore.
The hotel is old, the dishes in the restaurant are plastic and old, it looks terrible. Breakfast is meager. You have to wait a long time for hot water. The ventilation in the toilet works very poorly, there are constantly unpleasant odors. The air conditioner did not work at check-in, it was refueled with me.
We had a rest in March 2019, the hotel is good, the service was also very pleasant, close to the sea, I really recommend it!

The location is excellent;
The silence and cleanliness in the hotel are at a good level;
Poor Wi-Fi in the rooms;
It smelled damp..
Sometimes all sorts of creatures crawl from time to time (we had a centipede and some other nasty stuff);
There are all the necessary chemicals + free water;
a normal budget hotel.the food is good.It's a long way to the sea.

Vacation in Thailand for 2 years and both times in this hotel. Everything is arranged. Great hotel. I really liked its location, both the hotel itself and its surrounding area. In general, a well-deserved and solid 4!
P. S. Although the hotel has 3 stars.
