I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this salon. After the master ruined my haircut, I decided to contact the salon with a request to correct the situation. However, instead of listening to my complaints and offering a solution, the staff did not even bother to look at the result of the master's work. They refused to carry out any assessment and made no apologies for the substandard service. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable! I paid 15 thousand tenge for the service, and expected that they would help me, but instead I was faced with rudeness and indifference. I recommend you to be careful when choosing this salon, as the quality of service and respect for customers are absent here.
