Modular houses are good, but cramped of course. There is a kitchenette, a bathroom (separate or combined), an entrance to the territory with an electronic key, a car can be parked near the house or in the parking lot of the campsite.
And now the cons:
1) there are no linen, towels, soap and shampoos in the houses at ALL.
2) they offer one-time underwear (like one-time charlotte hats) for 5 euros per person, it is impossible to use it ...
3) They take a deposit for a house of 250 euros, which you can still try to return... Then the sink is not clean enough, then the floor does not shine with cleanliness, etc., in general, you will get the full amount back, at least something will be withheld.
4) the price for 4 people is from 80 to 98 euros per person, i.e. it is not cheap, we could provide at least linen
The only thing is the sea is 50-100m from the house and not far away, quite a good amusement park.
