In general, I liked the rest)
Among the advantages: very beautiful, green territory, separate large bungalows (we came across a family with 2 more beds and 2 mini-bars), very friendly staff, tried to speak Russian as best they could when they found out that they were from Russia) In the hotel, 90% of the guests are Germans, there were no problems with this at all, everyone is hospitable. The buffet is good, every day there are some new themes, the food is very tasty, the beer is delicious, the rest of the local alcohol, as everywhere else in Turkey - for an amateur) Immediately we took what we need from alko in duty free. Prices are too high, however, as in any tour point - for cheap shopping you need to walk 10-15 minutes to the supermarkets in the city :)) You can exchange currency for lira at the bank. The location of the hotel is excellent - all cultural points are within 5-10 minutes walking distance (amphitheater, temples, etc. ancient ruins). Of the minuses, the beach is mostly fenced with stones, but the entrance is cleared, the sand is fine, everything is OK with swimming. Tired furniture in the bungalow (generally uncritical). Animation and evening entertainment for a contingent of 40-50+ 😂 (the hotel is purely family-run, there will be no club music). But there are an endless number of bars along the footpath where you can catch up on the fun) The hotel corresponds to 4 stars. For its part, a minus star is only for evening entertainment.

Pros: very green territory, almost the houses are in the orchard. There is a lot of shade during the day and it is not hot.The bungalow has everything you need: a tea station, a mini-bar (it is constantly filled with 1.5 liter bottles of pepsi, merinda, and mineral water with gas and plain water. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas (there are always free ones). Sports programs are held every day. Volleyball, boccia, water gymnastics (at sea). The bar opens at 10 o'clock and drinks are distributed along the beach (beer, cocktails, water with lemon). Restaurant: varied food, salads, fish, cinnamon, cutlets, kufte, many different fruits and pastries with desserts.
There are 2 a la carte restaurants - Mediterranean (fish) and Turkish kkhni.

Positive:
-large territory, fountains, slides, swimming pool, the sea was two minutes from our room
- there are few people at sea, a lot of sunbeds, drinks are served
-good service, friendly waiters at meals
- there are a lot of seals around
- there was very tasty food for us, ice cream, sweet watermelon (and another kind person treated us to figs)
Minuses:
- there was no bungalow, for which we specifically chose this hotel. I wanted to get the experience of living in a separate house. We were accommodated in an ordinary building with a staircase with several rooms. In the distance, but still it is absolutely not what we expected and wanted. As soon as we were settled, we asked to change to a bungalow, but were told that there were no other options, and all rooms are considered bungalows. Although I don't understand what this bungalow is about))) We are very disappointed because of this. They promised to change it if there were any available ones, but the rest was already very overshadowed.
-(many people do not speak Russian, there are only Germans around and the staff knows only English and German, but it was not a problem for us)

Great vacation at the end of May, 24 hours of sea water, excellent food, clean rooms, cozy territory. I will come there again! Germans are resting, there are almost no Russians.

We are having a rest with the kids now at this hotel, I want to say everything is super!!!someone may consider it a minus sign that it's a long time to the beach...., but oh!!!This is a PLUS!!!There's so much to see!!!the shuttle bus runs from 8 to 18:00, the food is delicious and varied, our room is clean, neat, despite the fact that the view of the road, mountains, mosque is nearby, but this is such a flavor-you can hear how some of their Muslim chants sound, namaz, I don't know, at a certain time of course!!!There are a lot of Germans, but everyone is friendly, they greet and smile.The beach is clean, sand, shells, fish are swimming, the water is clean!!there is a bar-cafe on the beach, drinks are free, you can eat for free with a view of the sea, everything is green, flowers are all around!!!well, complete relaxation, I recommend it to everyone)))I think I'll want to come back here, it's a solid five!!!

Great hotel, close to the sea, sandy beach, super food. The attitude towards Russians is good both among the staff and the guests of the hotel. Close to the ancient city there is a super promenade in the evenings. Minus the guide from coral travel Marina - it practically forces you to buy excursions, don't be fooled, we didn't fall for it and had a great rest) all excursions can be bought on that very promenade for twice as much as through a guide.

Recently returned. We liked it, the staff is generally friendly. The hotel is located right in the ancient city, you leave the territory and you are already in the museum) The hotel is on the 1st line, the beach is located across the pedestrian promenade. The beach itself is small, the sunbeds are new, the sand, but the entrance to the sea on the rocks, so special shoes will not be superfluous. The territory is large, green, with citrus and olive trees, flowers, birds singing, a lot of cats and hedgehogs at night. Private rooms are houses, everything is decent inside, has been renovated (there are slippers, a free mini-bar, shampoo gels, only a paid safe). It's convenient, the neighbors don't bother, though it's a little cramped. The food was delicious, but there were queues, because the hot stuff was put on by the staff. Alcohol without enthusiasm) Masks and gloves are asked to be worn only in the restaurant. We didn't use the pool, we weren't at the animation. Have a good rest!

Overall, a great hotel, we stayed there for a week in July 2021. There are a lot of advantages, the hotel is good, fully corresponds to 4 stars. Delicious food, excellent sea, comfortable restaurant - very beautiful sunsets overlooking the sea, clean and green territory of the hotel itself, proximity to the old town - you can walk through the "ruins", separate houses for the family, the air conditioning in the room is made "smart" does not blow on the bed, daily change of towels in the the room, …
I will write about the features (you can call them disadvantages):
1. Drinks are carried to the beach by the Germans, it feels like they got into someone else's company. If you want a cocktail on the beach, but you don't want to go to the bar, then you can just take it on a tray from the bartender brazenly :))
2. There is no animation. The animators walk, but do not interact with the vacationers in any way. At around 11 a.m., only aqua aerobics at sea was seen, or rather, they heard a constant whistle from them.
3. Alcohol is not delicious.
4. Beach towels are problematic to change, starting at 9.30 am they are simply not clean. If they bring clean ones at 12.00, they say "you can change tomorrow." As a result, in 7 days of rest, towels were changed only 1 (!!) time. And then with a little scandal.
5. The beach is quite dirty. There are a lot of steers, bags of tubes, even torn flip-flops. Seaweed is not cleaned in the sea.
PS If you want to have a good rest, without any frills, then this hotel is suitable.

We had a rest with our son for 13 years, from 06/27/2018. I liked everything very much, delicious food, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I'll be happy to come back. Minus the hotel guide from tui, I did not expect, we ran to a meeting for three days in a row, we never met, which is why we later learned about the postponement of departure 2 hours before the bus, managed to get ready, but were shocked.

Since June 26, or rather since June 27, we have been resting at the hotel. It is declared as the 2nd line. No! Line one! The beach is small, but with new sun beds, new umbrellas! The towel is given out right on the beach, clean and unkempt. The territory is green, covered with flowers. Rooms in separate houses. The beds are excellent, the linen is new and beautiful. They are cleaned and changed every day. The food is varied and VERY tasty! There are several other bars on site where you can eat and drink during the day. I'm on vacation with a 10-year-old child, she moves independently from the pool to the slides, to the beach. She'll eat and drink in bars by herself. He's doing something at the kids' club. That is, it gives off and does not interfere with adults' rest.
Despite the anti-inflammatory measures, it rests perfectly! I didn't expect this from 4*. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I have found only one minus so far, and not quite a minus, but just a small shortage - there are few Russian speakers among the staff. And there are more German-speaking tourists here.
I will be happy to come back to this hotel!

The hotel is decent. The main advantages are the location and food, a cozy area. The disadvantages are small houses, the lack of Russian TV channels, and a focus on Germans. I would have come back here a second time.

The hotel is great for a family holiday, those who travel with young children need to keep in mind that you will not find any porridge or other children's food. Take everything with you. In the store you can buy dry cereals, kefir for children and fruit puree. Otherwise, everything is fine! The territory is a delight!
