It was one night i stayed here. Although i booked and paid through agency 3 month before they offered me to pay over when i asked to place me on high floors. Hotel has nice view on Burj Halifa and Canal. No mini-bar serviced. Coffe on breakfast was awful. Not clean as you prefer when enter 5* hotel. Best service is luggage and welcome. No more 🤷
Located in the Burj Khalifa area
The food is all different, buffet, excellent quality
The service is excellent, cleaned throughout the day.
The room has everything you need, all bathroom accessories, including washcloths and razors. The rooms have an ironing board and an iron.
Cleanliness is everywhere.
View of the canal and the Burj Khalifa proper.
Breakfast is included, you can take it without breakfast.
Today, there is a construction site everywhere.
It doesn't really bother.
Swimming pool, gym, beauty salon, SPA, cafe, bar, shop in the lobby, tour sales and car rental.
There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception.
A hotel with an excellent location, close to
Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, metro within walking distance. There is an exit to the embankment. The breakfasts are varied and hearty, there are both spicy and European dishes, you can have breakfast with a view of the Burj Khalifa. There is a view restaurant on the roof. The pool is warm and has a view. The rooms are quite spacious
I'm thrilled!!! The service is just a cannon!!! All the staff is polite, caring!!! The hotel itself is modern, the rooms are super, there is everything you need, they clean very well every day!!! And the breakfasts!!! They're great!!! I highly recommend it!!!
The location is simple! If not a beach hotel option, for example to live in Down Town, then a great choice! To the Dubai Mall on foot, the La Perle show is generally 12 minutes along the embankment. If you have made purchases, for example, and you need to drop them off at the hotel and continue hanging out, this is a great option. Yandex taxi always arrives in 1.2 minutes!
The rooms and the hotel itself - well, 4 installments)) Although there is a pool with a photo frame)) Neither the refrigerator nor the iron worked for us, although they were changed immediately on the call 🙌🏻 The staff is very responsive 👍🏻
The best breakfast of all time!
Nice and clean pool.
Wonderful and large rooms.
There is a collaboration with the hotel on Palma.
Of the cons, there was no shuttle to the beach, the taxi left about 100 dirhams in one direction.
There are buses to the hotel from Dubai Mall and from the Business Bay metro station.
Total 5/5
The hotel did not leave the best impressions. There is a lot of room cleaning that needs to be repaired, and there is no longer a view of the Burj Khalifa. The room has an iron and ironing board, a safe, a kettle, but no spoon, old bathrobes are dead, there are no Russian TV channels, the TV is outdated, hot water in the shower is 5 minutes to wait.
The location is normal. To the metro 20 min walk to Burj Khalifa 30min. Nearby there are markets, pharmacies, and a promenade. There is no exit to the embankment.
The breakfasts were normal but not super. Dinner buffet is 2 times less than breakfast, after 9 you can go hungry 1sup 2-3 meat incomprehensible side dish vegetables fruits sweets 1s tea no (surcharge for a cup of tea 20 dirhams) dinner is better not to take.
The staff could be very friendly. There were 1 Russian-speaking staff per hotel.
There are sockets for our devices in the room (where the tablet is).
I liked the pool.
I really liked the hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms with a view of the canal. A variety of breakfast buffets. Everything is wonderful and delicious!!! I want to come there again!👍🏻
Of course, you expect more from a 5-star hotel. At the expense of breakfast, since we bought a tour with breakfast. The food is good, delicious, but it changes mainly salad and sweets, the hot stuff is unchanged. It is clean in general, but you can see scuffs, rust, traces of plaque in the bathroom room. We bought a Premium room with a view of the river. According to the idea, there is also a view of the Burj Khalifa, but please do not waste money, a view of the construction site. Plus, you enjoy the view in the morning, and in the evening you just curtain everything, because the construction "spotlights" perfectly illuminate the room.
A very cozy hotel in the Center of Dubai. Right next to the Burj Khalifa. At the reception there is a Russian-speaking girl from Kyrgyzstan, Chon Kyz, named Jess. I am very grateful to her. We will recommend it to all our friends
Nice hotel. It's clean, cleaned every day, and the breakfast food is delicious and varied. The staff is polite. It was a little chilly in the pool. We were in January
We booked a hotel on booking.
The rating was high there, they took a Premium room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, free airport transfer.
As a result, there is zero view of the tower, since the entire view is now closed by construction sites (see photo). There is no transfer, we got there ourselves at our own expense. What they paid extra for is not clear at all. They flatly refused to give a discount for the discrepancy in the hotel room.
The room stock itself is old and shabby, there has been no renovation of the hotel for a very long time.
There is no hot water from the word at all, it is barely warm. The tub is insanely slippery, every time you balance and pray that you don't get killed.
A separate joke is that the cleaners do not close the room after cleaning. So be prepared for the fact that you will not count your belongings.
The food is average.
There is no transfer to the beach on Palma. They give you a towel and send you on an independent trip.
The pool is small.
In general, there is no attitude towards visitors - problems are not solved, shortcomings are not eliminated, the staff does not care about the residents.
In general, the hotel is not worth the money at all.
I do not recommend it
A great hotel, a gorgeous panoramic pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Delicious and varied food, always fresh fruits: watermelons, melons, pineapples, lychees, passion fruit. Desserts are a great choice, as well as jam, honey in honeycombs.
Top-level service, room cleaning and towel change - every day. 4 bottles of water for two for a day.
The only drawback is the location, walking 40 min to Burj Khalifa, taxi 30-40AED(800-1200₽) one way
The territory of the hotel is small, the tents are delicious, there are a lot of seats, the pool is small, clean. There are enough sun beds. Towels are provided at the entrance, they will always help with a sunbed and an umbrella.
The floor is very neatly and promptly cleaned, always suitable as needed and will replace everything that is required.
Hello everyone)
In short: I definitely recommend it.
A 5* hotel. In Europe, I would rather give 4 *, but in general, everything is on the level. I had a rest on 12-17.01.24 with my wife. The hotel is located close to the city center (15-20 dirhams by taxi to Burj Khalifa through an empty city or 45 minutes on foot). The pool is one love! In fact, he was the trigger for choosing a hotel - the bet played out. Cranes on construction sites spoil the view from all sides, but if you get used to it, you will be happy) Breakfast is before 10:30, so I got up at 8:30 - I swam sportily for half an hour in proud solitude, "scored" two sun beds by the pool (many do this because there are no free sun beds after breakfast) and went to wake my wife. The pool is open from 7:00 to 19:00. But the sun in the morning until 13:30, then it goes behind the hotel building and the rest of the time the pool is in the shade. The water in it is heated all the time, so you can swim even when the Sun is hidden, but lying in a bikini on a sunbed will be cold. The breakfasts are normal. Champagne, as in the Metropole, is not poured, but there is a variety of food.
Tips are welcome, but remain at the discretion of the guest - I left 5 dirhams for the luggage tray/ room cleaning. The staff are friendly, smiling)
Once, in the parking area, they "divorced" a "hotel taxi". I just came out with the question where the taxi stop is (it's two steps away - you can catch a taxi at any bus stop) - they promptly hung noodles on me and took me 1.5 times more expensive. Also be careful-there are plenty of tourists who want to heat up in the city - according to the same scheme. Don't get fooled and take a regular Dubai taxi - it will be cheaper.
The plumbing and furniture in the room are new, there are no complaints. The room is quite spacious.
For food, there is not a bad cafe nearby, relatively cheap - where you can have breakfast on the day of check-in)
There is one construction site around, blocking the view of the Burj Khalifa. The breakfasts are bland, all the sun beds by the pool are constantly occupied, you can not leave the sunbed for more than 10 minutes, otherwise your things will be taken to the reception. The cleaners took towels from the room every day, but they didn't give us new ones - at the moment we had one large towel left for two. The hotel does not deserve five stars.
It's a great place! Yes, it may be a long way to the subway, but there is no problem to walk around such a beautiful city at all. There is always a Russian-speaking manager at the reception. The food is very tasty, it's a pity that only coffee is not made in the evening. A very beautiful hotel. The pool is certainly small, but we were lucky, there were always few people and very pleasant water. Would I come again? Yes!
A pretty good hotel in the city center. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. There is a swimming pool located on the 2nd or 3rd floor (I don't remember exactly), the pool is small, the only nuance when visiting the pool, if you want to lie comfortably by the pool, you will have to get up early, have breakfast and run to the sun beds by the pool (there are very few of them).
We were choosing a hotel for the new year. I really wanted to have a view of the Burj Khalifa so that the fireworks could be seen from the hotel. And this is the only advantage in the location of the hotel. The subway is far away. Everywhere by taxi. Dubai Mall is a 50-minute walk away. The food within walking distance is not tasty and expensive. All the entertainment is far away. There is no transfer to the beach. There are only construction sites around the hotel.
The breakfasts are delicious. The New Year's Eve dinner is gorgeous.
Room with a view of the construction site. The next room has a closed door through which there is excellent audibility. Cleaning every day. The pool has a nice view.
For a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, they offered to pay an additional 150 dirhams per day.
It doesn't last for 5*, at most 3, the rooms were tired in places, the taps were faulty, I had to ask for repairs, the ironing board was broken, the refrigerator was broken, I had to ask for a replacement for everything.
Food breakfast there are many choices, but there is not much to really eat.
Overall, the hotel is excellent. There is one Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception (I forgot my name). But it will help with any question. The breakfasts are very tasty and there is a huge selection of everything different. The only negative is that there were a lot of people at these New Year's breakfasts)
The rooms are clean, everything is new.
We had a rest in July at this hotel. Only positive emotions! In all respects, we were satisfied with the hotel. Breakfast is a standard buffet. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Very beautiful interior. Swimming pool with a beautiful view. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. We had a view of the canal. The only drawback is that the metro stop is further away than we would like. I recommend this hotel! When visiting Dubai again, we will choose Canal Central.
A wonderful hotel for those who do not need a beach holiday! Excellent service, responsive and attentive staff, excellent cuisine! There is everything for a comfortable stay! Inconvenience was caused only by not very decent compatriots.
Lactation is so-so , the windows in the room do not open , ventilation is not very good , the hotel is not fresh , as in the pictures , construction is going on in the circle , the atmosphere is also not very good , I would not recommend it

Excellent hotel, fresh, delicious breakfasts, view of the Burj Khalifa, lived on the 19th floor, the gym has more exercise equipment, you can run on a treadmill with a wonderful view. Of the small disadvantages, the location, but it is not so critical. I will visit more. I almost forgot, there is a great coffee shop next to the reception, you will not always find good coffee in Dubai. There are also breakfasts with a cool one. View
Excellent hotel with a view of the Burj Khalifa, the service is excellent. The only quality of the rooms leaves much to be desired (the rooms have not been renovated for a long time). The rest of the locations are just fine
Convenient location. Wonderful view from the pool on the third floor of the central part of the city. The staff is friendly, the food is varied. The festive table is originally designed for Halloween
A good hotel, neat, clean, it is worth noting the rooms separately, it is a great blessing that there is no infernally high humidity, as in most other hotels. I really liked the breakfast buffet, the hotel has a very convenient location, we reached the Burj Khalifa in 30 minutes on foot
A great hotel just half an hour's walk from the heart of Dubai. There is a construction site around, but the whole area is being built up now, so what are the options) In fact, it's enough just to walk across the bridge and you find yourself in downtown. The breakfasts are good, although monotonous, but everything is quite tasty. If you need to stay in this area, I will definitely come back again.
I liked the hotel, it was clean, the room was cleaned and towels were changed every day, polite staff, excellent location, 7 minutes by taxi to Dubai Mall, but I'm shooting a star for the view from the window, we had a construction site, if you want another one, then pay 150 dirhams per night. But what was more confusing was that there were always workers hanging out there and we had to close the curtains every time to change, we didn't need transparent glass in the bathroom either 😂
A magnificent hotel!!!! I liked everything: the service, friendly staff, rooms, breakfasts are just above all praise. Beautiful view from the window. We will definitely come back here!
Great hotel, swimming pool, location and kitchen. By that time, for 2022 in December, the prices were very affordable :) the hotel is great, I advise everyone :) the staff speaks almost all Russian :)
The hotel is for 3+ Check-in at 15:00, as a result, we waited for another 30 minutes, an additional fee for the view from the window, the breakfasts are monotonous. There is rust in the room, the faucet dripped, it is cool…
Nice hotel. The view of the canal is slightly spoiled by the construction site opposite, but this is temporary. Convenient location, good rooms, excellent service. Everything is great
Nice hotel. In the center, the main attractions are 10 minutes away by taxi. The most important thing is that it is not noisy. There are no highways, crowds of people. Nice pool, excellent service.
The hotel is not worth its money, there is a construction site around, the Burj Khalifa is not visible, the rooms are old, the food is below average, the staff is inactive.
One of the favorite hotels in Dubai. Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts. Convenient location. Beautiful view from the window, on the Burj Khalifa. I recommend it!
We had a family vacation in December 2022. It is convenient to get to the main attractions. Large rooms - comfortably accommodated. Delicious breakfasts.
Nice hotel . Clean , near the center . There is a swimming pool. Delicious breakfasts .The supermarket is normal across the street . It 's inconvenient to cross the road . Very polite staff , there are Russian speakers .
