For the declared stars - very good. There is everything you need. You can always negotiate with the manager, he won't kick you out on the last day at 12)). The only disadvantage is that if there is a football match in the evening, you will not fall asleep before it ends)). Otherwise everything is fine, good location, shops/restaurants/fish market nearby.

The first line, near the beach, a good view, but Parking on the main street near the hotel is paid (municipal Parking) and poor noise insulation (single-chamber double-glazed windows), noise and hum from cars and motorcycles will not give you a comfortable rest.

Rooms with balconies overlooking the bay are beautiful! Breakfast is a buffet and included in the price, nothing special, but there is something to eat) Friendly staff, the rest was great!
