We had a rest with a child at the Tsandripsh Home in late August-early September 2024. The guest house is located away from the noisy streets, in the evening it is always quiet and peaceful. In the courtyard there is a guest summer kitchen, washing machines.
The yard is clean, the bed linen in the rooms is perfectly clean, they are changed often. The rooms have air conditioning and wi-fi (good connection, it was important for work).
Children always have something to do in the courtyard in a closed area, they all play together (a large trampoline, swings, books, table tennis, a children's corner).
The nearest beach is 5-7 minutes away, the central one (with sun beds and umbrellas) is 10-12 minutes away. The sea is the cleanest towards the white cliffs (we walked along the beach).
The food is varied and very tasty. For breakfast, omelets, porridges, pastries (especially delicious pancakes and pancakes). For lunch, there are a variety of soups and always a lot of fruits. We even had trout for dinner. It is very important that everything is prepared fresh for every breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For a fee, you can order barbecue and trout on coals - everything is very tasty. If you have any dietary restrictions, then you can always discuss it and replace it with something else. There is a market and grocery stores near the guest house.
Elena and Andrey are very hospitable hosts. If possible, they can meet and escort you to the Tsandripsh railway station. We were very pleased with our stay at the Tsandripsh Home.

We had a rest with friends from July 8 to July 25, 24. The rest exceeded all our expectations. Special thanks for the individual approach to each vacationer. The rooms are great. Very clean.
The food is beyond praise. During our entire vacation, the dishes were not repeated even once! Very tasty, homemade. so we ate extra pounds)))
Delicious wine and homemade tangerine juice.
The sea is 7 minutes away at a leisurely pace. On a flat road. There are many cafes along the way for every taste.
The sea is warm and clean. Entertainment and boat trips are offered on the beach.
So the review posted below by Mikhail Tylaev is not clear.
Everything he said is absolutely untrue.
Come to the Tsandripsh Home and see for yourself! I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

We have been vacationing in this guest house for several years. A great place in a quiet corner. The sea is a five-minute walk away. Friendly hosts, good food and comfortable rooms. There is a guest kitchen on site where you can cook on your own. There is also a playground and places where adults can relax. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. We thank Elena and Andrey, as well as Melik, Natalia and Artyom for the invariably warm welcome and excellent rest!

We had a family vacation in this guest house from June 13-21, 2024. I would like to express my gratitude to the owners of this house and share my impressions of the stay. The rooms are nice, very clean. The service is very friendly and attentive. Change of linen, towels, room cleaning - everything is on top! Nutrition in general deserves special attention. The menu is varied (the dishes have never been repeated), delicious, homemade, the freshest, fruits are different every day) and the portions are large! I really liked everything! Respect to the owners! The central beach is 10 minutes away at a slow pace- but walking is useful) along a picturesque street. The beach is fully equipped, the pebbles are not large, the sea is wonderful) there are few attractions within walking distance, but you can always go on an excursion) We really enjoyed our vacation! The impression was wonderful! Thanks to the host family of the guest house!)) We will definitely repeat it on occasion!)))

A great place for a family vacation. Closed territory, children have something to do. 5min walk to the sea.
We lived in a family room, spacious for four! It's always clean.
The kitchen is very tasty, the children were happy to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner)) we arrived very early, but we were fed breakfast and settled as quickly as possible.

We rested at Tsandripsh home from 01.07 to 12.07. We came to Abkhazia for the first time, the nature is heavenly! It's a fairy tale! About the rest in the guest house: to say that you liked it, to say nothing! It's a delight, excellent! Elena, thank you so much for organizing the holiday! The family is like a big friendly team: they are always very sensitive to guests, sincere cordiality and hospitality. The level is very high: the food is fresh, delicious, there are no repetitions, fruits and vegetables. Cleaning is done every other day, towels are changed every other day, everything is snow-white. It is a spiritual rest with wonderful impressions. Special thanks to Artyom for a great tour, everything was wonderful, lots of impressions))) And the sea was gentle and warm, and most importantly, clean! We had a rest with our family from 01.07.24 to 11.07.24. I really liked it!!! The owners are a big family where everyone is responsible for their own direction for a comfortable stay for the residents. The men behind the farm.part. Lena, you are a great manager for such a big house. And what kind of food do you cook!!!! Whoooo! Many thanks to your assistants Valya and Munisa. Room cleaning is always on schedule, clean linen, everything is clean and tidy in the kitchen. The water is always cold and hot. Special thanks to Artyom for the excellent tours of Abkhazia!!! Melik is an amazing person and the keeper of the wine cellar. Good location of the house: 5 minutes to the sea at a brisk pace, 7 minutes to the ruins. 5 minutes to the center, 5 minutes to the market too. We will definitely come back to you more than once! We had a wonderful rest from August 11-21, 2024.
The hospitable hosts took a room with three meals a day, they fed very tasty, everything is always fresh (fruits, vegetables, barbecue, fish, pastries) and in large quantities, the room is clean (change of linen and towels every 3-4 days), a large territory accommodates both a library for guests and a play area for children, there is table tennis, you can also book an excursion (if desired, anywhere). To the sea on a straight street 7min. to the pebble beach. We had a great rest, I recommend the Tsandripsh guest house in Abkhazia

We had a rest in Abkhazia from 25.07 to 03.08.24, lived in Tsandripsh Home. Elena, the owner of this guest house, is just a charming woman. Everything was arranged at the highest level, beautiful rooms (we rented two), cleanliness, comfort, coziness. The food that Elena cooked was simple, fruits, sweets in unlimited quantities. The staff is very polite, friendly and attentive. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, the beach is clean, the water is clear. We were very satisfied. We recommend a vacation in Abkhazia only with Elena.

We recently returned from Abkhazia with our grandson, but we already want to go back)).
We had a rest from June 21 to July 10, 2024. The Tsandripsh-home Guest House is, of course, for a relaxing family holiday, which is what we needed.
The location is very convenient, 7 minutes to the sea along a well-equipped road where they sell groceries, vegetables and fruits, ice cream and other children's joys. The village center with cafes, a pharmacy and various shops is a 5-minute walk away, and the market is a 10-minute walk away.
The yard is shady, large, with a Playground and a recreation area. There is no pool, but for me it's a plus, we came to the sea to swim)).
The room is well furnished, comfortable, with air conditioning, hairdryer. Clean and cozy. And importantly, you can't hear the neighbors, a good night's sleep is guaranteed)). Cleaning and linen change as in a 5* hotel.
Meals: at first I thought to take only breakfast, but on the spot I decided that I did not come here to cook (although there are conditions for this) and paid for full board. I have never regretted it. For the most part, they ate everything, with rare exceptions. Well, it's a matter of taste)). I almost didn't buy fresh food, fruits, because what was given for lunch was enough.
Excursions, their organization is at the highest level.
You should also write about what you didn't like. But this applies to the maintenance of the beach, not the guest house. The beach is not cleaned or rarely cleaned. Of course, you can go to a cleaner and more equipped central beach, but in the middle I liked the entrance to the water more.
I've already written a lot)), and I'll just add that the owners and staff of this house create such an atmosphere that you actually relax.

The best guest house in Abkhazia! We visit Lenochka and Andrey every year - young, modern and hospitable hosts.
Clean rooms with air conditioning, TV, wi-fi.
Very tasty and varied food.
There are shops and cafes in Tsandripsha - you can pay both in cash and by card/ transfer.
The beach is 5 minutes away.

We had a rest for the first time and really enjoyed it. The room is wonderful, the hosts are friendly, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea. Along the way, you can buy water, beer, fruit and something else. Organizes excursions, is healthy. The center and the market are 5 minutes away on foot. The beach is of course pebbly, but large pebbles. But in general it is good.

This year we had a vacation in Abkhazia in this place in July. We used to go to Crimea, that year too. What I would like to say about Abkhazia based on my impressions. The difference in climate, along the beaches. People are friendly in general. I liked almost everything in this place. The location to the sea to the center of the village is excellent. We lived in new rooms, linen change in 3 days, cleaning, cleanliness. The food is excellent. A large Abkhazian family helped with any questions. We were at the Home guest house from 10-21.09.22.At first glance, a very hospitable family. When choosing this house, we looked at the photos on the website. I immediately liked the photo of the house from the outside, which actually turned out to be a hoax. Don't get fooled. The room is not very good either. Dark, damp. With a view of the toilet. Although Elena assured us that this is the lightest and best room. We booked it in April. The food is acceptable. The only thing I didn't like was that you don't know what you're going to eat in the morning, at lunch, or in the evening. The menu was not posted.The whole family works for their house. The only hired worker they have is a waiter, a dish washer, and a maid.I did my job at 5+. Thanks to her. We give this house a 3+., But we won't go there anymore.

We returned from Abkhazia yesterday, I can't help but share my impressions. We rested at the Tsandripsh Home guest house from August 19 to 26.
The road was long and we arrived late at night on August 19th, but despite this, we were greeted and received very good-naturedly. The conditions for recreation are simply excellent. Cozy rooms with amenities, each room has a TV, air conditioning and WI-FI. The rooms and the territory are always clean and tidy. The sea is a five-minute leisurely walk away. The food is great, everything is very tasty and of high quality!
This is really a country of soul, hospitable hosts and beautiful nature! Warmth of communication, cordial welcome, delicious dishes — what else can you wish for away from home!

We had a rest with my husband and granddaughter in this hospitable house from August 17 to 26, 2020. We liked everything. Friendly, very attentive hosts Lena and Andrey, calm, homely atmosphere. Everything is provided in the yard. There are tables with chairs under a canopy, there is a dining room, for guests of the house there are refrigerators, washing machines, electric kettles.
They cook very tasty and varied. You can cook by yourself, everything is provided for this too.
Wet cleaning is done in the rooms every other day, towels are changed on the third day, beds are changed every five days. Many thanks to Valya for the comfort in the rooms.

Date of residence 05/29/19-06/29/19. This year, for the sixth time, my family vacationed at Tsandrypsh Home.
Having visited Andrey and Elena's house for the first time in 2012, the question no longer arose where to go next summer for a whole month to the sea. Friendly hosts, friendly atmosphere, always delicious and fresh food. Elena treats children very well, so there are always a lot of children in their guest house who eat dinner for distillations and line up for ice cream. You can always discuss with Elena that children do not eat, for example, fish and she will definitely cook meat for your child personally. As a mother of two children (4 and 8 years old), this is very important to me.
The house is very well located in the "pocket", it's not scary that a child playing in the yard can run out over the fence and a car will rush by. The center of Tsandripsha is a 3-minute walk away, where there are two pharmacies, shops where card payments are accepted, cafes. The market is 5 minutes away, where they sell fruits, vegetables, homemade cheese.
It takes no more than 10 minutes to walk to the beach with children. If you don't like the road along Pushkin Street, you can always go to the central beach, along an asphalt road where there is a paid toilet, trash cans, sun beds and changing rooms.
In 2018, we had two vacations at the Tsandrypsh Home. After resting for a month in July (06/29/18-07/29/18), we decided to come for a vacation in the fall (26.10.-04.11) and were very satisfied. Warm weather, persimmons, tangerines, kiwis from a branch from your own garden.
We will definitely return to this guest house again!!!. It is very pleasant to meet people during your vacation with whom you have already vacationed a year or even two years ago.

Room cleaning and linen change always, delicious and soft water from her well, Lena (the hostess) cooks excellently, a shady courtyard, children play quietly in the yard, let her 4-year-old daughter go and was not afraid. You were correctly told that Tsandripsh is a big village, what kind of well-maintained beaches can there be? You can wash after the sea and in the room, especially since the water is not so salty. If you want well-maintained beaches, relax in Sochi, or Sukhumi, Pitsunda. Why do you come to the village and get your license? We need to relax with a positive attitude, the main thing is that we came to the sea. And go for a walk in the evening to the central part of the village - and you will have a good road. And there are no good roads in Mother Russia either: one, two, and there are no more. Also with garbage dumps and landfills, especially after the garbage reform. The vacationers themselves go from the beach and throw garbage right on the road...I repeat once again - you need to go on vacation with a positive attitude, and turn a blind eye to various little things. THE MAIN THING IS THAT WE CAME TO THE SEA!!!!!

If you want to spoil your vacation, welcome to Tsandrypsh Home. We booked a room back in February for June 2019, clarified the conditions (namely accessibility and convenience of passage to the sea), assured everything is fine 5 min. walking. The road to the sea, yes 5 min. if you can call it that (a pit, a ditch) passed through the private sector. The dirt and stench of incinerated waste. Further under the railway track into the arch, there are also smells like in a bad public toilet. Coming out of the arch opens a "killer" landscape-a dump!!! Next is a plywood cafe (just after the dump is very relevant) and the beach . ... A dying bonfire, tin cans and protruding fittings per meter out of the water (it's good that you can see that I don't know in the water). I really love Abkhazia, with its picturesque places and the purest sea, but.... It's not a vacation to see this dump twice a day. The owners of the guest house were not surprised at the indignation about the contamination, they even protested in response: "Village, what do you want?" But you can't do that. You fill in full numbers, but you don't want to invest in anything around you. If I hadn't known that there are other places in Abkhazia, I would never have come again. There was no desire to stay in the "dumpster". The prepayment was not refunded. The rest was ruined.

People, don't see each other on their ads. There is no cleaning in the rooms, the TV does not work, the Internet too, economy class food
