We took kanele several times, were super, recently bought 5 pcs, turned out to be defective. Over-dried, overexposed in the oven, burnt. But the institution worked quickly, contacted, apologized, admitted the mistake, which happens rarely, sent new delicious and a compliment. And they didn't even ask to change the review (my decision, another plus) It seems that this is the main advantage when they are not afraid to admit mistakes and focus on quality and customer orientation. The prices for desserts are slightly higher than those of the neighbors, but the quality meets the price. Moreover, kanele is still the best in Astana who have tried it. Thanks

Very nice cafe, the waitress is polite. The coffee is wonderful. The prices are not high, the waiting time is short. You can order it with you. The desserts are delicious. As a gift for coffee, they gave several pieces of cookies - very nice!!) 5 stars ❤
