A great dining room, but what kind of dining room can it be in the central office of an industrial organization where 16K people work?! Everything is according to GOST, everything according to the "collection of recipes" if you find yourself nearby, I recommend you to look, the Pozharsky cutlets were top, salads, etc. are comparable to the cafes of the city of Rudny. My respect, at the time when I had the pleasure of dining there, there were no complaints about price and quality.
