After a while, a reply comes from the university refusal. They pretend that how did it happen ... I say there are still some options for our budget, without our participation they submitted documents to incomprehensible universities and again you entered, what difference does it make to which university, the main thing is that the child went to the United States, they said and at the same time the amount doubled, they say that they they don't hear at all, they do their own thing, they don't want to refund the money that is subject to refund. They connect with some representatives of universities who live in Kiev in Ukraine. They wanted to disperse peacefully, they did not succeed, they say that we allegedly did not want to send our son abroad, I am attaching part of the correspondence. This is just the beginning of the correspondence, then the fire, where Zhanbolat, their main one, blames everything on us. I will definitely file a lawsuit!

I am contacting this company for the second time. The first time I sent my daughter to England for language courses, everything went well. This time I needed help preparing for IELTS myself. I took individual lessons, the teacher is very competent, the reception staff is friendly, so far I like everything. I hope to pass the exam with good scores
