Everything in the capsule is clean and tidy. There are drawers for storing suitcases, there are kettles, you can drink tea and coffee. They give you towels. Very bad and dirty shower and toilet, not even soap. In the capsule, it is very audible how people talk, it interferes with sleep.
I didn't like the idea of capsule accommodation for such a huge structure as the new railway station. Moreover, at the time of my stay there in the summer of 2019, this option was the only one. I think there should be an alternative, this is Nur Sultan, not Tokyo, there is more than enough space. I went away from this "dollhouse", to the old town, to a normal guest house. I prefer comfort in a classic design. Who wants to play around - welcome)))
The hotel is located inside the new railway station. Prices from 1500 tenge per shower. Locker. Safe deposit. The cot and towel are all included in the amount. Everything is clean inside. It's spacious. Two USB chargers, TV. Lighting adjustment. Climate.
The average person, at the time of the visit, the TVs in the capsules were not working. The quality of the capsules is frightening, it feels like they are picturesque. It'll do for a try this time.
