Great company.
I've been taking the car from them for 3 years now.
No complaints about the service and condition of the machines.
Always a loyal attitude.
There was one unpleasant situation. I had to wait more than an hour for the employee to arrive.
There were traffic jams...
another employee came to see me.
And get so that they both arrived at the same time.
BUT I waited for over an hour.
Then they quickly gave the car back and returned the money for coffee as a bonus)
So this situation is an accident.
Otherwise, a great company.

We were in Minsk and rented a car here. The impressions are only positive. The rental is very conveniently located, next to the metro. There is also an exit to the MKAD nearby, which is very convenient if you need to go to the region. Manager Andrey was polite, attentive, offered different car options, quickly completed all the documents, showed and explained everything.

I rented a car (a 19-year-old polo on the machine) for 3 days with a trip abroad - I had to go to Moscow. I am very grateful to this rental -the car is in excellent condition at a very reasonable price. Very pleasant, polite, competent staff! We took a car in Minsk to go to Grodno. The car was brought straight to the station, clearly by the time of the arrival of the train, met right at the carriage. The car is in excellent technical condition, there was about half a tank of gasoline at the reception. We had a little trouble withdrawing cash, but the rental employee politely offered to drive to another ATM. The car was taken back exactly on time, although we had to take it to the office ourselves, but since our time of delivery of the car coincided with the start time of the rental of another client, we were kindly offered to pick up the car at the same train station, which was extremely convenient for us. All the time, the company's employees were in touch, despite the New Year holidays. Therefore, if we need a car in Minsk again, we will contact you here)
