We rented a car.... it all starts with choosing an option on the site, see the price, calculate the money.... and you can safely multiply by 3, if not by 5 ...
You booked a car in advance, arrived on the right day at the designated time. The contract is not ready, we spent more than an hour on registration, although all the documents were sent in advance. When we finally got the car, it turned out to be without antifreeze and brake fluid. Well, when we received the car, we checked it ourselves, we started asking for more liquids, employees came up to us who did not understand what we wanted at all, pointed their fingers at the tanks that needed to be checked - in the eyes of the salon staff there was complete bewilderment that something like this should be done at all. The qualification of employees is a solid two. The tires on the car were not only dead, but also different. For the money that was initially discussed, forget it, the surcharge is on every level, the price has soared 3 times as a result. I'm already silent about the cheapest gasoline poured, despite the fact that we were required to fill up only 98, otherwise a fine from this office ...
The most annoying thing, of course, is the roads - they are ideal, but the speed limit is 80-100, which makes it pointless to take sports cards, because it won't work normally to drive them, and fines for exceeding 600-1000 dirhams, which is equal to 18-30 thousand rubles for exceeding only 30 km/h. It has nothing to do with the company, but it may help someone in making a decision.
When the car was returned (it costs 600 dirhams for a minute = 18,000 rubles if the company's employees pick it up) all expenses + fine were paid in advance, the employee who arrived began to demand a repeat payment from us. When it turned out that we had already paid everything, there was some kind of tax or duty that was also demanded from us in addition to the payment already made. We wrote to the company's managers, while they were very "professionally" figuring out what was the matter and what kind of tax, they wrote that the tax was on the fine, we gave the money to the employee who took the car, and an hour later they wrote that there was no tax and no need to pay... Thank you, very timely.... they asked that the money had already been paid, and asked for it to be returned, to which, to put it mildly, we were leaked and began to ignore our messages and questions. How to bill for everything is so fast, how to return the extra money - be ready to communicate with yourself, no one will return anything to you.
The moral of this story is to avoid this office.
