I give 4 stars only because of the team. I've been parking here for exactly a year, the price has increased from 30 rubles (without a canopy) to 50 rubles, for no reason. Under the canopy, the price was 40, now 80, again, the reasons are not clear. The lighting is good, there are cameras, you can leave /enter at night, fenced with a metal fence. The main thing is that it is very convenient near the house.
