I signed up for suspension diagnostics. I arrived at the appointed time, the order desk said it was necessary to wait a little. Did you specify a little bit how much is it? I was told about 10-15 minutes. As a result, I served an hour and went to work - the diagnosis was not carried out. There was another customer on the lift.
By the way, this is not the first time such a problem has arisen. I used to go to this service periodically, and there were the same strange expectations for an oil change. I signed up for an oil change, arrived at the specified time, first 40 minutes of waiting, and then they take me to work.
Not to mention the problems on weekends or after 18:00. What to pay with a card is a very big problem.
There are no questions for the masters. At the time of the last service, there were decent specialists, now I cannot estimate.

I was passing through Vitebsk, I didn't start up in the morning. The guys helped to find a tow truck driver who unlocks the box lying in the cold under the car. As soon as the car was unloaded from them, they piled on it, it was just some kind of Formula 1 pit stop. Two hours later, I had already left them with a starter that was overdone in the third service.
Communication is clear and to the point, everything is very pleasant.
Now Vitebsk is my intermediate airfield)

The attitude to the customer is generally normal, if you drove a car for a thousand bucks and when you are over 70 and above, you need to pull up, they drive such cars and trust you, and you are like this....
I applied here myself and brought three more people here, for which these three doubted that I could advise on such issues, all three spat and were disappointed by leaving for another service station because they allegedly fixed the problem here, but in fact they did not.
For today, it is necessary to remove "Premium" from the name and work, work, work very hard to become Premium!
A premium means a thing, service or product of the highest quality, the best sample in its class.

I do not recommend contacting the common rail fuel system, since the first check showed that the injectors were very bad, another set was taken, the same results were obtained, after that checks were made at another station, the result was almost normal, after that I came back to find out how, the test was done again, and the result was it is similar to another service station, and was very different from the first result at this service station, there was no answer to the question why, in total, funds were simply spent on another kit, when it was not very expensive to make your own, incorrect diagnostics of injectors gave unnecessary interference in the fuel system. I do not recommend going to toucan to diagnose the fuel system and check the injectors

It was necessary to replace the gasket of the engine pan on the BMW X5 E70, oil was oozing, I chose a service station for a long time, according to reviews the only service station with a good rating, and it turned out that everything was done perfectly, along the way I also asked to replace the belts of the generator, air conditioner and rollers, engine oil, + asked whether to change gaskets, oil seals in the distributor, (so how they will be affected during disassembly), and of course I agreed. During the repair, we called and agreed on some issues, for this a separate plus. The repair was expensive, as a lot of work was done, but overall the prices were good. The repair was done on May 26, 2020, a year has passed and everything that has been done has no problems. Next time I will only contact here, and it looks like soon, there are knocks in the steering rack, I hope they will help to restore. Upon arrival, I really liked their approach to work, while I was filling out the application, the guy threw a special cover on the seat so as not to dirty anything, although he was clean himself. They said that you should wait for a call from the master. The next day they called me, explained what the problem was, agreed with me on the repair and told me when it would be ready.
