Good time of day. I was faced with dishonesty and incompetence. At first, I was impressed by the clean workshop and Alexander's voluptuous stories that no one and nothing else besides them. As a result, $ 5,000 of investments, two months of waiting, and the acoustics do not play, that's not how it should be played and that's it! After that moment, the entire bouquet period ended, and the reales began. And the real ones are like this: no one can adjust the acoustics, Alexander does not have time (as it turned out later, and also knowledge), calls to figure it out are harsh criticism of the manufacturer that everything is connected according to the instructions. Alexander collaborates with the adjuster Eugene, and then successfully absolves himself of responsibility for careless tuning on him. Although how should the client care if he gave the car to the CarSound studio? The stage was drowning in a torpedo, there was no focus. It is unrealistic to reduce the tweeter and the middle, the mids are buzzing as if components from different batches, or wires (and this is a separate story, Alexander put a cheap screw that usually connect the lamps) but Karl..to lay a wire to the client for 80 kopecks / meter (it took only 50 meters), and add 300 rubles to the bill. The cable is not an unimportant element, how can you be so petty and not spare a person to plant a pig, especially since it is the same disassembly of the cabin.. as a result, I had to figure it out myself, find adjusters, identify problems (fortunately, in Minsk there are specialists in their field who live by auto sound, and do not pursue purely selfish intent)
Bottom line: gross errors in the distribution of channels on the processor (there must be a stereo pair of the same frequencies on one chip), channels were reassigned, the 4 ohm subwoofer was reconnected (it was connected in 1 ohm), the door task could not be reduced, t to Twitter and midbass through a cross, but either a coaxial speaker should be put and put into operation a full strip, or cut the channels to bring the rear and front middles together. The rear smeared the whole picture when mixing, buzzing, working without them for now, 3 days of setup ... other people did everything, honor and praise to them, it's a pity you can't write who!, but in order for everything to work 100%, you need to disassemble everything again and change cables and racks, understand tweeters..but I don't have the strength, as well as the desire to see this sharashkin office (sorry, cry of the soul)
Conclusion: Alexander and his beautiful wrapper in the form of a "studio", unfortunately, have nothing to do with SQ auto sound. And as a person himself, he is rotten, he will wipe his feet on you when you become uninteresting to him. They can make noise insulation, change the regular one, but no more, it's another matter to build everything correctly, bring it out, reduce it ... approach it wisely and decently.
A person who does not know the nuances usually wants to trust a specialist, and here it is important not to make a mistake!

The staff is just fire , the masters of pasting, the masters of sound insulation, the masters of interior repair and stitching , the mater of polishing , the master of firmware , the consultant in the store , the master of tinting, the master of CNC work, etc. - these are all different people!!! Each of them performs only their profile work, this is saying something, personally, I was shocked, if culturally) You drive a car and the maximum front of work is provided to you! Well, actually, that's what I did!!!! I definitely recommend it!!!! By the way , a lot of work is being redone by other craftsmen , well , including me) I look at everything and mark Alexander) I will not break with tradition and say one thing - Humanity , which is very few nowadays , especially in the service sector !!!! I did not write a review in hot pursuit, I decided to wait for the fullness of sensations. In mid-October, Alexander had a complete sound insulation with replacement speakers, but without firmware. Yes, there are still unsolicited Tugellas in the world 😂
What can I say. I am a person who bought a new car from the salon for the first time and is very careful that it remains as new – in any other case, it would be scary to voluntarily give it up for a complete dismantling of the interior. However: I called, met, talked and trusted. It was enough to look at the cleanliness and order in the workroom, talk with the owner to understand that the attitude to small things here is the same as mine.
We did it well, just as carefully as possible. When I picked up the car and opened the door, nothing even hinted that the entire interior had been shaken out of the car a couple of days ago. Nothing is worn, scratched, and even more so it is not broken. Perfect neatness.
Based on the results of three months. Of course, it became much quieter – and this is on studded rubber. What's in the city, what's on the highway. I wonder how big the difference will be on quiet summer tires. An unexpected plus is that an increase of 60-70 kilograms of weight has been beneficial, the car feels more dense, somehow stands more firmly on the road. The doors have become expensive and weighty. Nice.
The sound with Blam speakers has become much better even on the standard equalizer, although, as they say, it will become much more cheerful with the firmware. Apparently, it will have to be done after all – especially since the GMC representative works in the same room.
As a result. If you need sound insulation or a new sound, but you are afraid to give a brand new car to someone unknown, give it to Alexander.

But not many of them cannot provide documents and a real guarantee for the work done, and the quality of the materials used. And this is very important to me because the car is under warranty and on a hard hat , and all the work done had to be documented . So let's get started. After talking with Alexander on the phone, it was decided to come to their studio and look around in person. They promised to show the materials and the difference between them . By the way, this was done. After making sure that everything was at the highest level, it was decided to leave their brand new Kia sportage with them. By the way, they use Hogomaku film, as I later found out , they import it as representatives in Belarus . A branded warranty card , an order for an outfit , a list of work done , the amount of material used, its cost separately , the cost of their services is also prescribed separately and so on , I was pleasantly surprised .
