A good hotel within walking distance of the old town and the citadel. The breakfast is excellent, the coffee is natural, there are no comments on the assortment. The room is spacious, with air conditioning. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The towels are the most delicate. There is one disadvantage in my room - there is no curtain on the door to the balcony.
A large clean room for a family of four. Responsive staff, we slept through the first day for breakfast, came, and we were fed, coffee was made from the car, well done! It is very conveniently located.
I've been staying here for over 10 years. My close friends opened the hotel. Excellent geolocation, and the rooms are good.
The summer ivan is excellent, you can sit there in the evening and drink tea.
In the morning, try Bukhara kaymak with tortillas.
The innkeeper and his wife are very attentive people. The eldest son also helps in business. In addition, they have a rich carpet, suzane and silk store in Toki Zargaron.
The hotel is new, located in the old town, which is very convenient for tourists. The staff is hospitable and friendly. The room service is excellent, cleaning, change of towels daily. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is new, the beds are awesome! The bed linen and towels are boiling white. The breakfasts are delicious. Come, you won't regret it!
We would like to express our gratitude to the administrator Muhida (a girl with curly hair, on duty from 21.11.23-22.11.23.) for the sensitive attitude to visitors! Respect and patience! We were from Kazakhstan, two funny aunts from Astana! On our requests, she explained everything and advised! I called a taxi, walked to the car!We had a 109-number.(if you made a mistake with the name, then I'm sorry)
There are 2 buildings, we stayed in the old one. This did not affect the quality of the rest in any way. Good breakfasts, quiet, clean and cozy. The location is very convenient. In September 2022, the price was about $35 for a double room.
The best hotel in terms of location to all the sights of Bukhara! New, clean, with very helpful staff. There is no better place for 1-2-3 nights in Bukhara. Personally verified!
Good breakfasts, friendly staff. Convenient location in the old town. The laundry is present. The room is nice, air conditioning, refrigerator. In general, this place did not cause any negative emotions.
Excellent location in relation to historical attractions and the central bazaar. The hotel grounds are well maintained, good breakfast, but the room stock is outdated. The plumbing is terrible and it smells very much of nicotine.

December 25, 2022
I stayed at the Caravan Plaza Hotel for a day from December 24 to December 25, 2022.
At first, they offered a room on the 2nd floor with a panoramic view of the Ark Fortress, however, it was so cold there that I asked to be moved to another room. I got room 208 with underfloor heating on the ground floor next to the stairs, just around the corner from the reception. The room is spacious with a huge bed and a view of the courtyard. The room has a TV, safe, refrigerator, mini kettle, air conditioning. The sound insulation leaves much to be desired, I woke up at night because some crowd was coming down the stairs, talking loudly at the same time.
The toilet has mini shower sets and dental supplies. Lots of towels, a bath mat. And everything would be fine if not for one thing - someone's long hair on the towels is very unpleasant. Another problem with the joints in the bathtub - when I took a shower, a lot of water poured through the cracks in the joints, I had to throw towels on the floor.
Breakfast is meager, very. There is no buffet. Coffee is only instant from a bag, it tastes like tin.
In general, despite the listed disadvantages, it is an acceptable option for a one-day overnight stay.
