In 2020, I planned a trip to the Czech Republic with my parents. There was a great desire, as a driver, to assess the road situation and local traffic regulations. I've been looking for a suitable company on the Internet for a long time. It was important to have a lot of criteria for the car and the company itself. From the main point-the car should be familiar, economical and automatic. And I would like to see a Russian-speaking manager in the company's office. Everything in this company matched 5 or more stars. The Skoda diesel car is on the machine, and there are amazing employees in the office. Driving in Europe is my first trip, and even more so with my parents. And so that they wouldn't worry, I had to study the local rules. I rented a FIAT 500 in Prague.
The service is excellent, there is a minimum of bureaucracy, everything is clear and without unnecessary questions.

We contacted this company in January 2020. I didn't book in advance, but there were no problems with getting a car, the right horse turned out to be free! I took an Opel Adam for 2 days. The car is new, the mileage is a penny, everything is fine, everything works!
The guys turned out to be Russian speakers, so there were no problems with booking. Additionally, they told me where to go to the neighborhood, what to see, and so on.
The conditions are as transparent as possible, and the price is more than adequate! When I return to Prague, I will definitely ask them for a car! 👍

We rented a Kia Ceed for a few days in October for a trip around the Czech Republic. The service is at an excellent level, the staff is Russian-speaking, they explained all the subtleties of registration and driving around the country. We didn't call in advance, we just came and immediately took the car, while all the registration and inspection took no more than 20 minutes. The car itself is in excellent condition, with low mileage, equipped with all the necessary options for a comfortable trip. Employees can be contacted via any messenger, which is very convenient. We drove about 600 km, visiting 3 cities. We were very pleased with the trip, for which we express our gratitude to the whole company. We took a car from this company in January 2020, when we were vacationing in Prague. The car was taken by a Hyundai i20 with full insurance. The mileage was 122 thousand, but both in the body and in the interior, the car looked fresh. We went to Munich and there were no complaints about the technical part. The staff at the office is polite, we were even given a car of a higher class, because initially we booked the i10, for which thank you. They also helped with the route and suggested what else you can see. In general, we have only positive impressions. So we had no problems with the return either.

Only positive impressions! We rented a Fiat 500 for three days. Inexpensive, the car is almost new, well-groomed, we drove to Dresden and Vienna and around the Czech Republic a little bit, everything was fine. For the third time in Prague, we rent a car. This time was the most trouble-free: they brought it at the right time, they took it at the right time. The car is fine, no overlaps. I will note the positive aspects separately:
- low rental price compared to competitors;
- Russian-speaking staff;
- convenient location of the office;
- the conditions for returning the car are clearly stated: if you bring it to the office yourself, you do not pay, if they take it where it is convenient for you, you pay (it is said in reproach to those from whom you used to take a car);
- good quality car, not junk, everything is in working condition;
- responsibility to customers.
I will explain the last point. On the eve of the scheduled date, the company called and reported that the car I ordered had technical problems and in return we were offered to take a car from a higher price category at the cost of the ordered car. Specifically, instead of Opel Zafira, Opel Vivaro was offered (there were six of us in the cabin).
I thank the company for the clarity and for the preference provided. On my next trips, I will contact you right here without monitoring offers on the network.

We rented a fiat 500, 07.10.18, we liked everything, everything was explained, it was unclear with parking (where it was possible where it was impossible), everything was explained, even on Google maps we found a specific place where we wanted to stand, so they explained to us that on weekends it was free (and then we wanted to pay just in case))). The car is well maintained, clean, everything is in order, next time we will definitely use it.

We were in the Czech Republic in the second half of February 2017. We contacted this company and did not regret it. Russian guys work in the office. Everything was explained and told in great detail about the local traffic rules, parking features, and so on. Recommended places to visit.
We ordered a car for two days with delivery the next day. Despite the fact that the reception / delivery takes place at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, we were offered to pick up the car at 10 o'clock in the morning. Also, we were warned that we can hand it over until 2 p.m. A very pleasant little thing.
In numbers:
New diesel Skoda Octavia on the machine. For two days. With all possible insurance, payments for roads, autobahns, etc. (only parking was paid for), it cost 140 euros for two drivers. No deposit was required as the car was fully insured.
In two days we drove a little less than 800 km (spent about 35 euros on diesel). The first day of Prague - Krumlov - Prague, with visits to passing castles. The next day Prague - Dresden - Saxon Switzerland (Bashtai) and Back. In the morning, before handing over the car, they also went shopping. (I described the route as the mileage is limited to 400 km per day and to understand how many places you can visit during this "limited" run)
We accepted the car quickly and without problems.
In general, I recommend it!
For information: personally, I was very concerned about this issue, since our traffic police could not make international rights in time for me.
- Is it possible to rent a car and drive with a regular Russian driver's license in Europe?
- You can, provided that you have a tourist visa open.

Great guys, they speak Russian, they are friendly, they are always ready to help.
The car was given a cheerful one, max. equipment, delivery-reception of the car went well, the guys honestly noted all the scratches and even those that I did not find myself. They give you without collateral, if you take a navigator and insurance, and who is in their right mind now without taking a car in a foreign country? The insurance is complete, the navigator is in Russian, very good.

I went on a short trip to Europe in May (Czech Republic - Germany - Czech Republic) for 10 days, and took a Skoda Octavia at this rental.
Of the advantages:
1. The car is good - it drives well, the interior is clean, no unnecessary sounds and jingles. It's a pleasure to cut along the autobahns.
2. Delivery of the car TO the client - we contacted the manager in advance, discussed the approximate time of delivery of the car to the point of residence in the Czech Republic. The day before the rental, we called again, agreed on the exact time, the next day, at the right time, the car was under the window. Great.
3. Paperwork is fast. Immediately in the car, from the necessary papers - a foreign passport, and a driver's license (Russian ones are also accepted, which is a plus). When processing the documents, both, together with the manager, examined the car for scratches, recorded all this so that there would be no questions later.
4. Price/quality. I was pleased with the price (10 days + full insurance) for a car of this class and in this condition.
5. The navigator is included. There's nothing to say here - you can't do without a navigator on a trip like this, that's for sure, so it's nice that the guys give out a Russified navigator with a large screen.
6. Support. Managers are always on the phone and ready to advise in case of any questions.
Not the pros (well, because it's not the cons)
1. 3G modem. A useless thing, the need for which did not arise during the journey. Maybe because wi-fi is practically everywhere, or maybe because I haven't really figured out how to run it :) (Sirius, please print out the Russian instructions for it, because I managed to raise the w-fi network, connect the phone to it, but there was no Internet connection). But it was great without him.
2. The location of the office itself. It is relevant only to those who rent a car themselves. The office is not located in the city center, and 15 minutes from the metro, so make time for a walk (if you are traveling, a great reason to walk outside the center), or arrange to pick up a car from your place of residence.
To summarize.
If you want to solve the problem of choosing a car for rent in Europe, then the guys from CarLove, this is the option that you will have time to think about other aspects of your trip.

In March, going to Prague and Vienna, I spent a long time choosing where to rent a car. I drew attention to this company because of the reasonable prices and a relatively small deposit for the car. I've already rented a car from Carlove in Prague twice. The first time was the Skoda Fabia Combi, a new one with scanty mileage. The second time is Hyundai i40.
