Excellent staff, they upgraded our rooms at no extra charge. The hotel has a wonderful location, it is very convenient to get to the center, to the funicular that leads to the Harder Kulm, and to the railway station. The location is perfect. The hotel is very atmospheric, vintage, interesting things of the past in the halls, background, in the restaurant. The breakfasts are good. They didn't stay hungry. I really liked the hotel. The room is clean, with a balcony overlooking the mountains.
