The water is too warm and the rooms are not heating up cold the bathroom is not clean mold marks are too much toilet paper towel rails do not keep disconnected There are pillows too missing for a 4-star hotel I called the reception very hard and asked for a pillow I will get back to you they said they didn't even call Jul
