A fairly large (by Batumi standards) store where you can buy groceries and various household items. products. Not a bad choice. There is no fresh meat and fresh fish, only frozen ones.
The service in the store is very poor. There are constant queues of 7-10-15 or more people at the checkout, while cashiers work slowly.
Today I was with a small child, I went to the baking point inside this store, they made pancakes there. I, in turn, asked me to bake and sell two portions. The baker made them slowly in front of me, we waited for more than 10 minutes, I wanted to pick up the finished ones, but she takes them and gives them to a young man (an employee of this store) who was standing behind me in the queue. I say that these are my two portions, my turn, and the baker answers me "No!" and gives it to him. I was left without my order. What is this supposed to mean, for example? I think this is an absolute lack of basic service in this store. And a lack of respect for customers. I'm disappointed, I'll try not to go there anymore.

We took 6 pieces of yogurt + a lot of other goods. The price on the price tag for yogurt was 1 GEL per piece. At the checkout, the price turned out to be 2 GEL apiece. They asked if they could make the price as on the price tag. They were refused and that they do this only in Russia. They asked to cancel the yogurts. Canceled, but refused to give the check. They came up with some incomprehensible reasons. Although a receipt is a purchase document and it must always be issued. As a result, we took a picture of him, took the change and went home. At home, we decided to recalculate the change and realized that we had been paid for GEL 13. They simply did not give the money they paid for the canceled yogurts and as it turned out, they punched 7 pieces instead of 6 yogurts. We went there. The five of them spent 30 minutes counting the 13 GEL they owed us. It's hard to live when I didn't go to school. In the end, they gave us our 13 lari. Instead of apologizing, we were told "for God's sake." We were there for the second time. The first time we were also treated for GEL 6, but we did not make a scandal. If it happens every time, it will cost a lot. And it's not just about money))

Terrible service! There are always queues at the ticket offices, you can't wait for employees. Shelves with home cooking two hours before closing are all empty, always! The goods are laid out so that if you take one, the second one will certainly fall. Vegetables and fruits are not of the best quality.
I do not recommend this store of this chain.
