We booked and paid for a deluxe room on the agoda website, the manager demanded an additional payment of 2000 liras from us or cancel the reservation. We did as she said and went to another hotel. A refund request was refused from the agoda website. The manager of Ipek made a scandal, she yelled at me as a pregnant girl. She couldn't solve a single issue. Although this is an absolutely standard situation where any hotel has to give people the room they originally booked - it's not my fault that she doesn't control her sites.
I will add that the hotel is completely empty and all rooms were available.
An absolute disappointment.
