The clasp broke immediately on the same day without having time to use the lace. After that, we were refused to replace the shoelace under warranty. Justifying this by the fact that expertise is needed. I am very upset that there is no guarantee of the quality of the product as such. And in the case of purchasing goods in this store, the store does not guarantee that it will not break down in a day or an hour.
