And there were only a few burrs in my chain, I immediately stopped wearing it, so as not to wait for the link to open. The store sent the chain for examination and of course the answer is that this is not a warranty case. It is not clear at all how the examination is carried out. And the quality of gold is questionable, which is why the links are revealed as plasticine. I've been wearing the other chain for more than 10 years and nothing happens to it. The workers may be good, but such an incident happened to me and who is to blame, let God judge.For the anniversary, I bought gold earrings and watches in this salon. Everything is fine with the earrings, but the watch, after working for 2 days, stopped. I thought it was a battery, but it turned out not to be. I noticed that a pebble had fallen off on the dial and was interfering with the movement of the watch. I contacted the service center, because the store said the product was non-refundable. They were looked at in the SC for 2 weeks and today they gave the result: a crack on the glass, a scratch on the back. They are damaged, so only paid repairs.I understand everything is correct, but I'm sorry. I had them on my hand for several days, I definitely couldn't hit them, so much so that I wouldn't notice. The bottom line is: who should I think about, unscrupulous sellers, a service center? You cover each other's joints.Thank you for the anniversary gift. I definitely do not recommend the company.
