A great store, a small queue (although we arrived late on a weekday evening around 22:00). We waited inside the boutique, everything is very comfortable. A friendly consultant helped me decide on the size and arranged the free tax. Everything is fine!)

I was pleased that the store has Russian-speaking consultants. It was comfortable) There are 2 Cartier stores in the Dubai Mall. I liked the one in the luxury brand area, it's quieter and there are fewer people there.

Very polite staff! There are Russian-speaking consultants. The choice is huge. The engraving is done within 15 minutes on the second floor. The coffee is delicious, and so are the candies!

We wanted to buy wedding rings, but then, like in Moscow, no one cares about you, a girl came up to us, we tell her that we don't need engraved rings, she says, but we don't have them, you take this and just turn it around so that the inscription is not visible, or buy one ring without engraving here, and the other in Abu Dhabi. They never have anything in stock. It's not a Solitaire with a unique stone, it's an ordinary platinum piece of iron without stones and complex shapes, well, really it's impossible to have a whole bucket of such rings. In the end, we went to Tiffany's, everything was there and even cheaper

As we wrote below, there is a queue in the store. We were able to buy jewelry only on the second day. I was killed by the packaging - the product was simply put in boxes and bags. There is no packaging paper, no tapes, let alone the famous sealing wax seal, and all these details create the premium level of the store. I asked for it - everything was packed fine, but it should be done without asking. As for the exchange rate, it is not profitable in the store, it was changed at the exchanger directly in the Dubai Mall on the ground floor.

You have to be careful in this boutique. Sellers cheat on the course. We had dollars, the seller offered to change them on the spot, said with a minimum difference in the exchange rate. He called some person, not an employee of the boutique, we did not control, as a result, we changed 3.65 instead of 3.55. I think this is an outrage, because we are not on the market to monitor sellers. The difference turned out to be significant.
