The company refuses to help in any way and offers to wait a little longer. I ask them to send me the current status of the deposit refund transaction - they say they don't have an online bank (well, well). At the same time, they say that the money left them and did not return. How did they find out about it without an online bank? In general, they never returned the deposit to me. If you want to get the deposit back, it is better to contact another company.
