Very good design hotel all the room names are tree names. They have exclusive Italian cuisine, also one red michelin, one green michelin star restaurant.
A very cozy secluded place, in the spirit of Provence, with a chic restaurant: the products are simple, from their own farm, therefore very fresh and delicious. A lot of tourists and locals go specially to the restaurant. The hotel itself is very intimate, with only 15 rooms, the staff is responsive, although not everyone speaks English. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The territory is very green, with excellent landscaping, very thoughtful, lots of space for company gatherings.
Great for a short relaxation and spa away from civilization.
Among the disadvantages: an hour by car from Istanbul, in the end - along mountain serpentines - it is difficult for people with weak vestibular apparatus to withstand, lack of entertainment, they need to be reached by transport and for quite a long time, the territory is on a rather steep slope: there are a lot of steps between the rooms and the restaurant. The restaurant must be booked every day, otherwise there is a queue.
