Among the advantages: Excellent location, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, excellent service, a cozy courtyard with tables where you can drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening (or vice versa). Daily change of towels, slippers in the room, hair dryer, shower gel in the shower (it's also shampoo, they say, but I didn't dare to wash my hair with it) Of the minuses: The metro is right under the hotel, because the rise at 6 am is provided, disgusting instant coffee for breakfast (and a good one should be specially asked from the kind staff) Otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend.

A cozy hotel, close to the main attractions, polite staff) quite tasty and hearty breakfasts) the only thing I didn't like was the very loud central air conditioners and periodic rumbling from the subway

The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan. Cleaning is daily. Replacement of slippers and dental kits every day. The breakfasts are hearty, there is a variety. I liked the Armenian coffee at breakfast (you need to ask for it to be poured). Responsive staff. I liked sitting in the courtyard in the evenings. WiFi in the rooms.
