I made an order on Monday, January 22 at about 5 pm, one case with a ready-made layout and one case with a custom layout. I was contacted within 15 minutes and confirmed the order by phone (before that I had time to write to tg). They promised that they would make a layout with a custom picture and send it for approval on Monday / Tuesday. As a result, no one contacted me on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, I wrote back to tg with a question about the readiness of the layout, to which they replied that the layouts had not been made, because the person involved in this functionality was ill. The timing was very important to me so that everything would be ready by Friday. As a result, if I hadn't contacted the company, I might simply not have had time to pick up the cases that were intended as a gift.
I would really like some kind of commitment, so as not to substitute customers
We agreed on Wednesday that they would do only according to the finished layout.

I ordered a case before the new year, I was immediately warned that the delivery (to another city) would most likely be delayed and would not arrive on time due to the workload of the mail, but I ordered anyway, and was completely delighted! The case managed to arrive on time, the case itself turned out the way I wanted it, packed minimally, but in a very stylish box (unfortunately I didn't have time to take a picture), cutouts and everything else fit perfectly.
