Location is the best bonus for hotel visitors. The view of the sea is fascinating from the very 1st floor, since the building itself is built on a cliff, about 50 meters high, the restaurant had an interior in the best traditions, panoramic windows, about 4 meters high, dark pink curtains of the same length, comfortable armchairs of the same color throughout the lobby, where you can visit fashionable boutiques, light loft-style music, huge plants in large pots, a kitchen on the level, and the restaurant has the same beautiful view of the sea. There are sea terraces on each floor, a small swimming pool, but I don't know if it's working or not, since it was winter time. There are several restaurants, I can't say for sure, there is a convenient descent to the sea. That's it, in short.

I stayed at the hotel 5 years ago and was very pleased. An interesting project, a great place, a beautiful view of the sea, a hall with an aquarium with sturgeons. It was very cool!
This year the hotel has disappointed. The room stock is already "tired", with scuffed walls and peeling paint, well-washed old towels. The service is terrible. In the restaurant, the waiters are in no hurry, you wait for coffee for breakfast for a very long time, there is always something missing in the room, there is only 2 soft hangers and trousers in the closet, it is not possible to hang, the safe was closed, and we did not wait for it to be opened, etc., etc. it was very surprising that in the bathroom The shower room was located not along the bathroom, but across. It was very inconvenient to use it and there was always a puddle on the floor. I won't stay in it anymore.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Sea view, near a rock path where you can walk, not far from the city center. Minuses:
1. The hotel does not have its own beach, and the pool leaves much to be desired both in size and interior.
2. A lot of money was invested in the hotel, but about 20 years ago. Luxury for the year 2000-2005. It would be nice to make repairs.
3. The breakfasts are so-so, the coffee machine is broken, there are no high chairs, wait 15 minutes for the glaze. Watermelon three small slices in a small saucer.
4. Starting at 9 a.m., the hotel is undergoing renovation work. Why the hotel could not be prepared for August, not in the summer-the question is!
5. We took a suite and there are no questions about cleaning the room. But the balcony could also be removed! It's all in the sand, in the dust.
6. The aquarium with sturgeons is amazing, but oooh, just like the whole hotel, it's a luxury from the 2000s.

It was in December, the sea, the promenade, the location are gorgeous. The service, spa, and breakfasts are excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean, cozy, the staff is friendly, there are guided tours. We need more advertising, it's worth coming here, I can imagine how good it is here in the summer. The hotel is located on the seashore and stands almost on a cliff, for me personally the location was just perfect. The room was very spacious and cozy. Cleaning was carried out daily, thanks to the maid girls. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. The staff is very polite and attentive. As for breakfast, in my opinion, there is not a very large assortment. You can eat at the restaurant, but this is already paid separately. By the way, the waiters are also all very caring and attentive. In general, this hotel was my home for 10 days and overall I am happy, thank you, my native Kazakhstan.

A nice hotel with a chic rooftop restaurant - there are views, live music, helpful staff, and delicious cuisine (including local wine).
As an entertainment for children, you can go down to the floor with a transparent wall separating the hotel from the sturgeon tank.
At the hotel you can go down to the path that runs along the rocky steep coast - it is beautiful and very atmospheric there

The impression of this hotel is very contradictory. The first impression was wonderful. Very clean, the staff is responsive and helpful. But after living there for ten days, significant drawbacks became visible. The drain in the bathroom worked poorly, the water plug was not native, the water was leaking, the problem was not solved until the very departure. The floor in the aquarium is shaking. The handrail for the descent broke off in the pool, they also did not fix it, they stuck it in at random. The robes are already shabby, the belt straps are torn off. I have long hair, one jar of shampoo was missing, but the second one was never put on. The Caspian Sea is beautiful.

The room is bad, There is no light at all, it's dark as I don't know where. They brought a cot, so it's all dirty. There is no peephole in the door, the room is not at all like in the photo it looks not at 5 stars but at 2. The basin turned out to be small. The staff is good. There should be food in the mini bar, but there simply isn't ANY. They wanted to put their phone and other valuables in the safe, but the safe is BROKEN!! The pool is sooo small, there is a bathhouse but very narrow, the locker rooms are terribly small and the locker did not close at all and when it closed it did not open, I had to kick it with my foot but this did not help, they called the employee, who also started kicking the locker as a result, the girl stood for 20 minutes and could not open the locker then kicked with all her might and It opened. The towels are torn!!

Nice hotel.
Great respect for the staff. There are no complaints about their work. Plumbing, electrics, WiFi - also without complaints.
We were surprised by the breakfasts. I thought in 5 stars I would still have more interesting breakfasts.
Overall, it's clean.
But it seems that the best days of the hotel are over. It feels like he was very cool once. Now the signs that some little things are not being eliminated are very noticeable. There the stains on the tile were not washed, there the plug in the bathroom fell off, there the brochure is crumpled and stained.

The territory is not well maintained. For the last six years, they have not been engaged in landscaping at all. The owner is even greedy to paint the playground and fencing. A special pool under the windows turns into a swamp. The price for the rooms is inadequate. The pavilion on the embankment is a shameful parody. This season, at least they opened a passage to the descent to the trail and I would not be surprised if only at the complaint of the townspeople and guests... The impression of outright indifference is not only of the owner but also of the mayor's office of the city. Three stars just for the fact that at least the street lighting is working and garbage is being removed from the surrounding area... The city authorities just fucked up the Rock Trail project! Is the city budget "not pulling"? Or are there such managers in the akimat? And the owners of the hotel, in any case, shame our Aktau with such an attitude to landscaping and the loss of the corresponding status.

The rooms are large and spacious. It's a little unclear why they give only 0.5 water per day, I didn't ask for any. The renovation of the room and the hotel shows that the hotel is no longer new, but clean, it's nice. The breakfasts are a little weak. It's a very strange place. The location is great, you can't think of a better one. In the city center, right on the sea. The view from the room to the sea is wonderful. The food in the restaurant is not bad. Although, I think it's a bit expensive for Aktau. But the service at the hotel leaves much to be desired. He asked me to bring another robe - I had to call five times. Just like the technical condition. The electronic key card was triggered in the pocket so that the light would turn on, from the fifth time. Turn it back and forth, take it out and insert it until it works. I changed the key - the same thing. Apparently, it's in the pocket itself. There is a crack in the sink. There's a strange pattern on the wall: something was probably painted over from a spray can. The design "for France" is completely unsuccessful. The pool is small, but with sea water. That's great. But I only found out about it when I immersed myself in it. The breakfasts are not bad, but they are not interesting. Actually, it's a strange feeling. Of course, it does not pull at 5 stars. But the sea view and proximity to the sea outweigh everything else.
