The hotel itself is very nice and cozy. Everything is nearby. The territory is very small. But there are cozy verandas surrounded by greenery, several swimming pools, 2 water park slides, a SPA, and an indoor pool. 7 minutes walk to the beach. Or a car runs every 7 minutes. The food is very varied. I liked the dinners more on the beach. There is always fish, turkey, chicken, pizza, burgers, greens, pasta, potatoes. There were shrimps on Saturday. Desserts are available both in the restaurant and in the small pastry shop, which is open from morning until 23 hours. Ice cream, waffles every day at a certain time. Not far from the hotel there is a long beautiful promenade for walking. I also recommend walking to Side. In 1.5 hours we walked down the street, then turned onto the embankment. Side has cozy cafes, a beautiful promenade, and ancient ruins of an amphitheater. There are a lot of cats on the hotel grounds, they are loved here. There are turtles, birds, hedgehogs. There are also a huge number of shopping centers, shops, pharmacies 2 minutes from the hotel. They accept dollars and euros. In some stores and almost all pharmacies, you can pay using the FLY app.

Not a bad hotel, in a very good location, there are many grocery stores, cafes and ATMs outside the hotel.
We visited NG this winter.
Among the advantages: very tasty and varied food, excellent evening programs with dancing in the lobby, a good spa.
Among the disadvantages: a very meager mini-bar (only plain water and juices), old worn spa robes, no cosmetics in the bathroom, only 2 liquid soaps at the sink and in the shower (take gels and shampoos with you), very weak sound insulation between the rooms (we were unlucky, a family with a girl of about 3 years old, who literally screamed and hysterical 24/7, especially at night), absolutely disgusting local alcohol, you can only drink cocktails, and so either shop at duty free, or there is a Migros not far from the hotel.
Overall, I liked it, despite the disadvantages, we had a good rest.

I had a rest last week in November 2024. I liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, there are bathrobes and slippers, the food is delicious and varied. I was particularly surprised by the large number of cheeses. The bars serve delicious cocktails and coffee. Outside in the daytime, you can take hot waffles with syrups and fresh fruits or just ice cream. It's not far from the sea. Only Russians swam at this time of year. Since it was already getting chilly at 4 p.m., I left the sea and went to the spa. The pool, however, is very chlorinated. But we sat in the sauna, and after that we went to the pool outside to cool off. The evening shows are a blast, some with dancing. I recommend.

A good hotel, we came for the second time in mid-April 2025 with a 2.4-year-old child.
Children's: I liked the children's room, a lot of educational games. Cute girls are getting drunk. In the evenings there are mini discos for children. The pool was still quite cold.
Beach:
People have already been swimming in the sea. Everything is convenient on the beach: an awning, sun beds, drinks, lunch, tortillas are prepared, there is a Playground. The sand is fine and pleasant, but there are a lot of things in it-pieces of wood, different roots, even glass happens, you have to be vigilant. On the way to the beach, we saw various animals: turtles, including large ones, swimming in the river, ducks, frogs, a snake, a hedgehog, various birds, large grasshoppers-very entertaining.
Doctor:
By chance, I had to look at a separate doctor. He immediately says that they are not doing anything at the hotel, they are being taken to a clinic with which they cooperate. Keep in mind that you will need cash to pay for services at the clinic. And compensation for the insured event is already taking place in Russia, where it was issued.
Accommodation:
The construction of the shopping center next door is currently underway, as a result, one of the best room options is at the nearby Luna Blanca Hotel. You can hear the ventilation, but it's the least of the evils. There is very loud music by the pool several times a day. A very competent and responsive girl works at the reception. She speaks Russian well. Room cleaning every day. The sound insulation in the room is not the best.
Food: a large buffet. On Saturdays there is a fish day with shrimps and rolls. In general, the result is a small variety of the same products in different designs. Lots of fresh vegetables.
We got to Easter, and we made themed dishes and decor for dinner.
If you don't find fault too much, it's a great vacation.

I visited this hotel in March 2024.The hotel itself is not bad.This is not the first line from the sea.Of the advantages:good food, everything was necessary.There was always tea and desserts at the bar.The rooms are cozy, everything was in the room:A kettle and soap accessories were in abundance.What are the disadvantages:at first, I was given a room with a view of the pool-the music from 9 a.m. until late at night was just blaring.There was a question: is everyone in the hotel deaf or something?It is not possible to rest after lunch.However, there was a customer service girl at the reception, she understood Russian well and helped me with the room change.I went to the pool once - it's very small and at that moment there were a lot of Iranian children splashing and splashing, I was not comfortable.It was after the pool that I got sick, caught the rotovirus, just like my friends-the whole family of four had a fever, vomiting and diarrhea during their entire vacation.Of the 8 days of my vacation, I was ill for four of them and stayed in a room with a temperature of 39.7.Of course, you can't blame this hotel for my sore, but the residue remains.Would I recommend him to my friends?If the price is adequate, then you can relax here once.

A wonderful hotel in every way: staff, rooms, cleaning, food, drinks, entertainment.! Delicious, good cocktails with imported good alcohol. Clean, with good: cafe and bar, sun beds, volleyball, boccia (All animators are well done, they try) entering the sea fine sand is the beach! There is a transfer to it, but I preferred to walk, not far away. Jazz, violin, piano, etc., classical music in the lobby bar is just super! A show in the amphitheater! Discos! Great respect for the Coffee cafe with a delicious assortment of tea, coffee, sweets and wonderful girls working there! I was at the hotel in March and October 2024. I want more!

I liked the hotel: good cuisine, good location, a lot of shops nearby, it doesn't even bother that this is the 2nd line, 7-10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace and small cars walk. But there is one THING: towels are changed 1 time a day and this office opens at 9:00. And if you want to go to the sea before breakfast, and you need to leave a towel there to take a sunbed, because after 10 o'clock almost everything is occupied, then when you return from the sea, they tell you that there are no clean towels. I wrote this as it was with me, and if you go first to breakfast, then to the sea, then everything is fine.

We stayed at the Castival Hotel in Side and were absolutely delighted! This is a really wonderful place for a family vacation and more.
The advantages that are especially memorable:
Location: The hotel is located in a picturesque location, close to the sea. The beach is easily accessible on foot or by shuttle.
Territory: A huge, green, well-maintained territory with many pools (including children's pools with slides!), bars and places to relax. We always found free sun beds.
Food: Just great! A huge selection of dishes for every taste. Everything is fresh, delicious and well-prepared. We were especially pleased with the themed evenings with cuisines from different countries. There is a diet menu.
Service: The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. We are always ready to help and answer any questions. There is a sense of caring for each guest.
Animation: Animators are working 100%! The entertainment program is very rich and interesting for both children and adults. The evening shows are amazing! A mini club for children is a special joy!
Rooms: The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. Cleaning was carried out regularly and efficiently.
Generally:
Castival Hotel is an excellent choice for those who want to spend an unforgettable vacation in Turkey. The price-quality ratio is simply excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort, entertainment and delicious food! We will definitely come back here again!

We stayed at this hotel in November, the staff is helpful, excellent cuisine, good cocktails at the bar.The beach can be reached by golf cart, or on foot in 7-10 minutes.There is a snack on the beach during the day, so it is not necessary to return to the hotel for lunch.
You can also visit the Ala-kart restaurant, we really liked it (Mediterranean cuisine)
There is a cafe on site, delicious desserts, and good coffee.
In the evening, performances are held until 23:00.Germans and British mostly live in the hotel.
There are many shops and a shopping center near the hotel.There is also a bus stop nearby from where minibuses go to the old town, Nova Mall.

I had a rest with my child during the spring break on March 22-29, 2017. There are both pros and cons of rest. Now I'll try to describe everything. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. the room was not ready, they gave it to us only at 13:30, and upon arrival they gave us bracelets and allowed us to use the restaurant and cafe, as well as left our suitcases at the reception desk. The administrator is not Russian-speaking (except for the standard hello / thank you / goodbye), so it was difficult to communicate (I do not speak spoken English), the Wi-fi was given a password only upon check-in, so we were out of touch until 13.30.
Of the advantages:
The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied (red fish, chicken, turkey, beef, tongue, fresh vegetables, grilled, stewed ... in general, everything is not listed).
In the bar where they prepare pizza according to your requests- it's bombastic!!!and a mountain of French fries!! It was heaven for the child!!! The cook is very nice and helpful!
The hammam, pool and baths are very warm, cozy and comfortable.
The waiters are friendly, although they don't speak Russian, but they understand everything.
The room has a very cool overhead shower and good water pressure.
Excellent fitness room and instructor (although he does not speak Russian and does not understand English well, but gestures and smiles can explain everything!!!) helps, asks, explains, and shows exercises on a particular simulator.
Of the cons:
This is a small area of the hotel - there is no green area/lawn!
Entertainment - for outdoor activities - there are none. There was only darts (mostly only Europeans played it), there was almost no entertainment for children (there was a children's playroom and that was it).
The room was not bad, but tired. Towels, if you look at the light, there are scuffs and even small holes, not critical, but it remains in my memory.
There are no toothbrushes or toothpastes in the 5 ⭐️ hotel, so take your own!!! There are no combs (although we girls didn't need them, but still!) only on the third day we put cotton pads and chopsticks.
In the morning, there were already towels on the sun beds for vacationers both in the afternoon and in the evening, although the sun beds were empty (probably occupied just in case)
As it seemed to us, the attitude towards Russians was not very good, everything was for the Europeans (there were more Germans). Even when you went down to the restaurant for dinner, there were few empty seats, the waiters met the Germans and escorted them to the empty tables, but they did not notice us. At the lobby evenings, songs and entertainment were for Europeans only, there was no Russian. Russian Russians. When we met the guys from Iran and they asked us to turn on/play a song for our Russian friends, we heard a hard NO.
😔 There are a lot of cigarette butts in the sand on the beach (I repeat once again that the hotel was fully populated and the majority were Europeans, there were about 15 Russians. The bar was not ready, only lemonades and alcohol, there were no snacks. (Empty spacer holes). Although there were plenty of people on the beach.
A very obsessive woman at the massage parlor (speaks good Russian) was trying to persuade me to get a massage. We had a free 10-minute massage session, after which she began to ask where and by whom I work- I did not answer, saying that they did not need to know, she began to find out whether it was sedentary or standing work, after that I realized what the conversation was going on-she did not receive a clear answer again, then she began to ask at the computer Do I work a lot? I said no, I started asking if my back hurt? Do you have headaches often? Are your hands numb? After that, they made diagnoses with their colleagues -pinched sciatic nerve, chest is clamped, cervical spine is clogged, scoliosis, in general, they really wanted to make money, but it didn't work out. (5 massages for 💵 200 euros) it was the same story with our friends we made friends with there)) the four of us went into the spa area, separated us into different rooms and then began to take us out and talk))
It is also worth noting the pool bar with hookah and smoothie cocktails. They are delicious, but expensive and without a price at the bar. There is a menu, but it is empty, there are pictures of a cocktail, but there is no price, only then when you take it and say thank you, they tell you the price of $ 4 per glass, which makes it even tastier.
To sum up the review, it's good that we made new friends and met the guys from Iran, but I wouldn't go here a second time.

We had a rest in September 2024, the rest was wonderful. The hotel is compact with a small area, but clean with friendly staff. We had no problems with cleaning, everything worked in the room (plumbing, air conditioning). The windows of the room faced the courtyard, so we didn't hear anything about the road and the noise, there are rooms where the windows overlook the road. During this period, there were a lot of Europeans who like to chill by the pool, so you could always find free sun beds on the beach. The sea and the beach are good, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the beach is sandy. Everything was fine with nutrition, too, especially the fruit table.

It's a great hotel. We had a vacation in January with a small child. We arrived at 7 a.m. and were immediately sent to breakfast. We were already checked in at 8, although according to the standard at 14.00. Very pleasant staff throughout the hotel. Everyone entertained the baby and was especially welcomed. Amazing cuisine, great selection, something new for dinner every day. I was especially impressed by seafood day. Breakfast and lunch are relatively similar, but due to the large selection, you can still eat different things every day. It's very beautiful inside, and you can see the great work of the designers. There were many athletes in the hotel with us, for example FC Spartak or the Turkish national ice hockey team at the training camp. It was funny. There is a kids' club, but kids under 4 years old can stay there with their parents. If you need a babysitter, a girl from there can stay with the baby for 20 euros per hour. We have used this opportunity 3 times, and we are satisfied. The spa center is normal, there is a large swimming pool, a small one for kids, the hammam was written that it was cold, but this is a hammam that is designed for procedures (and not a la sauna, as we used to warm up), there is also a Finnish sauna. A hotel is being demolished next to it, rumbling can be heard during the day if you chill outside by the pool) but it is tolerable. There was nothing to be heard in the room. They promised that it would be over by the summer. And a beautiful boardwalk nearby. Especially near the Camellia Hotel (you need to go a little further, but it's worth it)

Nice hotel, we were at the end of June 24.The food is good, the restaurant and the grounds are clean.Beach bar, pool bar, waffles, ice cream, pastry shop-everything is very tasty.
The pools are clean, there are not enough sun loungers, you can find sun loungers on the beach during the day.
The room is not big, but cozy. The safe is free, the mini bar was not always replenished, we had to catch the maids.The cleaning in the room is not very high-quality, garbage sometimes remained and the ashtray on the balcony was not cleaned.
The territory is not large.
We had a good rest, but we won't go to this hotel a second time, it's a little boring.

I liked the hotel, of the cons there is no Playground, there is only a children's room and there is no pool inside the hotel, now about the pros, there are many more:
Excellent food, delicious and varied, especially liked the grill bar, interesting animation, there was always something new: live concerts, extreme shows, Brazilian shows, piano performances, etc
Separately, I want to praise the staff and animators, very positive guys, it was nice to be at the hotel. The rooms have been renovated (for example, the laminate has not been changed, it is a little worn, but for me it does not matter), the rooms are spacious, excellent views of the pool. There are shops and a mall near the hotel, but they sell fakes of famous brands, nothing interesting. It is easier to take a minibus and get to Side, or to Manavgat for shopping. The beach is sand, in general I like the beaches of Side, the sea is clean, the depth increases gradually, it is perfect for children. The ancient city of Side is also nearby, a 10-minute bus ride away. In general, an excellent hotel for its price, I recommend it.

We were in November of the 24th year. A wonderful hotel, we have something to compare it with. There is some fatigue, but it is not overshadowed by rest. The staff is great, they don't communicate very well in Russian, but they try to be 5+. Room cleaning is decent. The food is varied and of good quality - chicken, turkey, lamb, beef, seafood.

A cool 5 star hotel. There are 4 swimming pools and water slides on the territory of the hotel. Lots of bars and restaurants. In the evening, there is live music in the lobby of the bar, and on the street there is a disco until 23:00, Germans, Poles, and British relax. There are only a few Russians. The staff does not speak Russian. German, English or Turkish. The rooms are cleaned every day. As for food, it is for slaughter. Meat, fish, fruits, vegetables. Good day! There were hotels in this area in 2024. We took 7 nights. I want to share my opinion. This hotel is located in the village of Manavgat. We really liked the hotel and were well received. We arrived at 12:30 p.m., checked in an hour later as the room was being prepared. The hotel is clean and large. The food is very tasty and varied. There is meat and seafood, but not always. There is a restaurant at the hotels, we had one free visit to Alakart, but we need to make an appointment in advance, we did it right away next week. The hotel is more designed for European guests. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea. There is a bar on the beach, fruits, and hot tortillas. According to shopping, there is nothing to do in manavgat and it is expensive, mostly everything is in euros. We went to the old town of Side, it is very interesting there, there is something to see. There is a parking lot next to the hotel where you can safely take a bus to the old town in 25 minutes. There is a migration store and ATMs nearby. There is a shuttle service to the beach every 10 minutes. I can't describe everything, I'll say that the hotel is very cool, there is animation, 2 swimming pools, there is a children's area. There are different programs in the evening. The alcohol is good, the cocktails are varied, the staff is kind, the guide is wonderful and not intrusive, the beach is sandy and the entrance is gentle. Positive:
- we arrived 7 hours before check-in. We quickly resolved the issue and settled into a free room with a sea view.
- problems are solved quickly
- EXCELLENT CUISINE!!!!! Every day there is a varied menu, good drinks, including alcoholic ones. Delicious beer. My favorite alcoholic cocktail is Pina Colada. A wide variety of meat dishes, cakes, cheeses, snacks....🤪🤪🤪

- friendly staff. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking manager Angela!!!! She is very sweet and friendly. I helped to solve all the issues quickly.

- Sooooo hard blankets, like waffle towels. After the request to replace it, they brought light synthetic ones (thank you)
- All additional accessories - body lotion, hair conditioner, toothbrushes, foam and shaving machine - on additional request.
- upon check-in, a "compliment from the hotel" bottle of red wine is placed in the room. I had to remind you about it - they brought it😁

We moved into room 3102, which is located on the third floor. Pool view. The room was cleaned, the furniture was good. The mini-bar had water, "Saka" and cherry juice.
• Cleaning takes place once a day. If you need to be cleaned faster, you can press the button (near the bathroom door).
• The lobby is located, as well as the reception on floor L. I attach the menu)
• The main restaurant of the Castival hotel is already on the 1st floor. The food is great! Eggs are cooked for breakfast (fried, boiled, poached), pancakes are made (you can add syrup or nutella) and much more. You can make the salad yourself or put it ready-made. They give you broccoli. In general, they give about the same. There were several Turkish evenings during the entire stay!
• One of the disadvantages of the hotel may be that the Ala-kart restaurant has been open since the age of 18! Even at 17 they may not let you in. This is made for a romantic setting (spelled out in the concept of the hotel).
• Spa treatments and towel changes take place on the 2nd floor. I was in the salt room. Honestly, when I was sitting, I felt like a prisoner in the basement. As it is, there are no questions about the SPA.
• The territory is not very large, but it is not small either. The path with palm trees is very suitable for cool photos. It's very cool when the hotel is not all in concrete, but there is an area with trees)
• I counted 5 pools in the hotel (for water polo, one large, regular, with slides and children's).
Be very careful, as you can easily slip and break something!
• About the transfer to the sea. We need to change the seats on the mini cars! To take an example from the nearby Luna blanka hotel (I was there in 2019. The transfer is very nice!). He also rarely drives. But still it didn't spoil anything, because it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea.
• The beach bar opens late and closes early (compared to other hotels).
• Beach cleaning is good.
• If you do not have time to take the sunbed(s) before 7:30-8:00, then there will be no more space. (But one sunbed can be grabbed;)
• It is worth paying attention to the cafe (-1 floor). Everything is delicious and the staff is friendly! (As elsewhere in the hotel)
• It takes about 1.5 hours to get to Antalya Airport. (Including the stop). About an hour, if without stopping.
• Live music plays in the lobby in the evenings!

I liked the hotel. The room is spacious. They took the standard with a view of the interior. As a result: the view turned out to be of a neighboring hotel and there were fans under us that were noisy day and night. Because they only went to the room to spend the night and I slept in earplugs - this did not particularly affect the rest. Two beds are connected to each other. The refrigerator was not working well in the room, it did not cool down at all. The air conditioner was working fine. The principle of operation of the air conditioner is simple: increase or decrease the temperature and make the fan stronger or weaker. The other buttons are dummy buttons.
Cleaning every day is mediocre: they make the bed, change towels and take out the trash
Nutrition: excellent. You definitely won't stay hungry. Pasta, rice, bulgur, potatoes. Fish, chicken, beef. Seasonal fruits: apples, pears, oranges, tangerines. At dinner from 19:00-20:00- there is nowhere to fall. Everything is occupied. They came later. There was little time for lunch (from 12:30-14:00), so we only got to lunch on the 4th day of our stay, because we usually went to the beach in the morning and certainly didn't want to leave there at 12:30.
Beach: shuttle service from the hotel to the beach runs regularly. You can take a ride with the breeze and have a lot of fun. You can, of course, walk (min 7). There were plenty of deck chairs. You can also have a delicious snack and drink a glass of cool beer on the beach.
Great job by the animators. The guys are everywhere: by the pool, children's room, lobby bar, beach. They sing, dance, and entertain.👍
Most of the people staying at the hotel are Germans. There are a lot of German pensioners.
What I didn't like: when you want to receive or hand over a towel, they really want to impose a paid massage on you. Because of this, I didn't really want to go down to them once again, it's better to dry the towels on the balcony. There is also a sauna, a steam room, a hammam, a swimming pool (it was closed here).

We had a rest in the first half of March. We arrived early in the morning, were immediately invited to breakfast, then walked around the territory and by noon we had already checked into the room. There are no complaints about plumbing and household appliances, everything was functioning normally. I do not recommend going with children as there is practically no territory, two swimming pools, small slides, a small playground with a stage and that's it. There is also a children's room inside the building. There are live music programs every day in the evenings (there are no children's programs). The staff is polite, the work of the waiters and bartenders is excellent. In the evenings, three bartenders work in the lobby bar at the same time, so the queue was instantly resolved. There are also no questions about nutrition, everyone can find good dishes from a variety of assortment. So the rest was a success, if possible, I would not mind visiting the hotel again in the summer season, when everything is working to the fullest. By the way, an awning and a bar have already been stretched on the beach of this hotel, and the sand has been smoothed.

The hotel was renovated in 2021. Modern interior. Beautiful animation. Food is available almost 24/7. I will post the opening hours of the restaurants in the photo.
Discos, live music concerts, foam discos are an evening cultural program.
There is a huge selection of food products. A wonderful, though not a large gym. The promenade for hiking or jogging along the sea is almost 3 km long. It is very comfortable. This time there were no more than 5 Russian-speaking guests. Mainly Germany, France, England and the countries of the Arab world.
The territory of the hotel is small, so all the movements are in plain sight. There is a spa center.
It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, but electric cars drive that take you to the beach. They want it every 15 minutes.
The hotel is clean and modern. I recommend.

We rested here for a week from 18-25.08.24.
The hotel is ~ an hour's drive from the airport, we arrived at 8.30 am, check-in from 14.00. We left our suitcases at the reception, were instructed to come to the check-in at 12.00 and went to breakfast.
Positive:
1️⃣ Food. There are many egg dishes for breakfast. You can eat boiled eggs, fried eggs, my favorite Turkish menemen, or order an omelet with various additives. There are many different salads made from fresh vegetables, sliced vegetables, cheese, sausage. French fries, sausages, baked tomatoes with cheese, fried haloumi. I really liked the anchovy salad. I always took it for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Olives and pickles of all kinds and salted. There are many different breads, buns, simits (Turkish bagels) and German pretzels. There were no pies or cakes at breakfast, but there were croutons and pancakes with nutella/jams/honey. Fruits: apples, watermelons, oranges, grapefruit. Juice, tea. The lunches and dinners were much more plentiful in terms of assortment. There was always fried fish (dorado, sea bass, mackerel), chicken, vegetables, lamb and grilled beef, kebabs, and a large number of delicious second courses. Various vegetable salads, Turkish pickles, sauces in large bowls. Lots of side dishes: potatoes, rice, pasta. When there were themed seafood dinners, they cooked shrimp, crayfish, sushi, and baked red fish. There was also always an incredible amount of cakes, pastries, baklava and desserts. And lots of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I enjoyed every meal with great aesthetic and gastronomic pleasure!
2️⃣ There is a kettle, cups, black tea bags, and green tea in the room. There are 2 small bottles of water and juice in the refrigerator daily. Wardrobe with shelves, bedside table, armchair, sofa, safe.
3. Comfortable mattresses, clean linen. Bathrobes, slippers.
4️⃣ Free transfer by golf cart to the beach (runs according to schedule). Walk ~ 5 minutes - 430 m (to the bridge over the river). By the way, there are turtles in the river.
5️⃣ Nice snack bar on the beach with unlimited beer/wine and soft drinks. We had lunch there several times, it was also incredibly delicious! Every day there were fish, chicken, grilled vegetables, cutlets, buns and vegetables for burgers, pasta, French fries, rice, pickled cucumbers /onions/olives/red cabbage, salads of fresh vegetables, sauces, as well as pizza, pide and the most delicious gozleme, which are with you and according to your taste The sweetest woman cooks. Potatoes-meat-cheese - amazing! There was also a lot of fruit and ice cream.
6. Although cocktails in the Pool bar and Lobby bar were mixed without a measuring cup, by eye, by different bartenders, and therefore were not always tasty and correct, for example, like Pina Colada or Mojito (solid rum), I experimentally adjusted the ideal amount of alcohol and ice myself, and all subsequent I've asked you to do it the way I like. In the Pool bar, Tequila Sunrise became the most favorite, and in the evening in the Lobby - Margarita (photo attached). P.S. Lobby bar is very pleasant, chamber, with a grand piano and live music.
7 . I can 't help but note the hotel 's desire to monitor the environment: the cocktail glasses by the pool were plastic, but of very good quality, like glass, and the aesthetic paper tubes generally had maximum respect!
8️⃣ Because there was an insane amount of food during the day, I only tried a Belgian waffle with ice cream balls and fresh fruit (the distribution window next to the coffee shop) Delicious! And the snack bar by the pool also served pizza, burgers, shawarma and fries.
9️⃣ Is not the merit of the hotel, but the entrance to the sea is very gentle, comfortable, sandy. One day, the three of us, who were already quite rounded up, traveling the shortest possible distance: restaurant-beach-pool, arranged a stunningly warm and wet walk at +38 along the sea to Antique Side (we took the N2 minibus back to the hotel). So I want to tell you: our entry into the sea is almost the best on the entire 7-kilometer sea coast!
1️⃣0️⃣ The beach is clean, there are a lot of sun loungers, a good canopy from the sun, thanks to which I did not turn into a fried sausage. Employees were constantly walking around, removing plates, glasses, and trash from buckets.
1️⃣1️⃣ The hotel has several water slides for children, my son loved them very much.
1️⃣2️⃣ Good location. There are many clothing stores nearby, a couple of supermarkets and a public transport stop, from where we went to Antique Side and the Nova Mall shopping center in Manavgat.
1️⃣3️⃣ There are few Russians in Turkey now, but I have never felt any disrespect from foreigners or staff.
Cons:
1️⃣ Cotton pads and chopsticks were brought only once, but since I had my own, I did not ask. Soap and shampoo/shower gel 2in1 in large dispensers on the walls. There is no hair conditioner, body cream, toothbrushes or toothpaste. There are also no branded products, such as beach bags, which are a compliment in five-star hotels.
2. By default, there are no blankets in the room, only thin waffle sheets.
3. Disgusting coffee in the main restaurant/bars. There is no good grain anywhere.
4️⃣ Upon check-in, the third sleeping place was not prepared, and a towel/cup/slippers for the child were not brought. I had to go to the reception.
5. Very slippery pool tiles in places where there is no anti-slip coating. Be careful!
6️⃣ Peeling plastic branded Efes beer glasses. It's time to replace
the very harsh imposition of massage in a SPA center by a Russian-speaking woman. I lost all desire to come even for a free massage, which, as they assured us, does not oblige us to anything)))
8️⃣ The condition of the room and the hotel is, of course, not 5 stars. I didn't focus on the flaws, but cosmetic repairs have been necessary for a long time.
9. The sun beds by the pool were equipped with towels already at breakfast, and could be "booked" all day.
1️⃣0️⃣ Animation is quite weak. I just liked the Mongolian circus with acrobats and cabaret, the guys are just the coolest. And so... the live performance is not the most successful covers, the general musical repertoire is also not hits, I couldn't even dance, although I really wanted to have evening cocktails inside))) And the icing on the cake: the speakers have completely incorrectly tuned basses. The slotting is notable! I think we are very lucky.: our room faced the street)

A wonderful comfortable international hotel! The cuisine is beyond praise, delicious dishes, serving, variety, service, a large selection of delicacies and simple food. The rooms are very comfortable to stay in, very comfortable beds where you get enough sleep and feel rested! The sea is accessible, you can go down to the sauna directly by elevator. We were very happy with our family.

We returned from the Castival Hotel on January 8, 2025.
I sincerely DO NOT recommend it for a family holiday at the moment, the building of the neighboring hotel is being broken behind the wall of the hotel, and besides the noise, dust is flying from the construction site, which is absolutely not conducive to a healthy rest. A la carte restaurants are closed.
The vegetables and poultry are excellent at the hotel, but I didn't like the soups and snacks. Only unsweetened pastries are good. Unfortunately, even a pretty cake can turn out to be completely tasteless. Ice cream waffles are good, which can be ordered after 15:00 in the window of the coffee shop overlooking the pool, but the system is strange, they cannot be ordered from the coffee shop.
Drinks. Of alcohol, beer is Ephesus only, red and white wine, imported alcohol, single drinks, which are not included, for an additional fee. Coffee in cars is very mediocre, like on an airplane. The Turkish tea is excellent.
The animation was rather sluggish, with a bit of darts, yoga, and evening music in the lobby. No one took care of the children.
Through the gate between the pools you can go to the path that leads across the bridge to the wonderful promenade between the hotels and the sea.
In general, I really like Side, I will definitely return, but of course to another hotel.
