Good location, nice beach with fish. Beautiful territory.
The staff is not bad, but they often ask for tips (for cleaning the room). Everyone is polite.
The breakfasts are disgusting, the food is of very poor quality. We didn't go to lunch or dinner.

I have a standard number in my voucher, and they started putting me in economy. It's good that I've already been to this hotel and we had a nice room on the second floor with a balcony and access to the pool. They offered a better room for the money, but it didn't work out for them either, and a complaint came from the travel agency about the hotel. As a result, we settled into a normal standard room, but without a balcony, and the window overlooks the Naama Center and music until three.They clean so-so, in the middle, dust and dirt are not visible in the corners, It's better to come to eat early, otherwise everything is quickly cleaned. Previously, you had to go to that cataract for breakfast and lunch, but now the kitchen is here, but you can eat there and there. A beach towel is provided in the room and changed, also in the room. I didn't like that tea and coffee were being removed from the table and when you ask for them, they put this tea on you with dirty hands🤦 The food is the same, there is almost nothing to eat, but you can find something for yourself, but only for a week such food. I don't drink alcohol, but the women said it was watered down.

Everything is cool, the food is delicious, but almost monotonous , the sea, the beach ,music until 3 a.m. from neighboring cafes,there is also music on the beach during the day, animators are normal , every 4 days the repetition of performances is generally normal, the hotel is not for lovers of silence at night located right on the street ,drinks are different local, norms,vodka, whiskey, gin, beer, maybe something else, I liked everything in general, but the zipper jacket in which I arrived in winter was missing from the room, how and when it is unknown
