A terrible hotel, if you don't leave the money, the room is not cleaned, there is an old TV in the room, three programs in Russian, two are regular and one does not understand what at all, so we can assume that there is no television in the room. The food is monotonous and it must be begged for, while the Arabs grumble something and are not happy with everything.Bars in the hotel and on the beach are generally something, you don't drink drinks there, but you taste them, beer is poured into small plastic cups of about 100-130 ml, strong drinks of 30 ml to drink beer,0.5 liters, you need to approach several times, while the bartender will get more and more angry. There is no entertainment in the hotel, if there was nothing to do there at all.All the furniture and plumbing in the room is old, there is no kettle in the room, 1.5 liters of water is given once upon check-in and that's it, you have to buy in a store or quietly dial in the dining room.Never set foot in Egypt again.
The hotel is very good, the service is at the 4* level, the food is good, but I would like more fruits, the location in the center of Naam, its own beach, which is very convenient to walk 2 minutes and you are at the sea, the beach is sandy, there are no corals, you can safely walk barefoot. Animation for children is very little of it, the main focus is on young people, so they will definitely not be bored, there is not much music on the beach and it really allows you to relax, relax. The hotel has a nice bar overlooking the central streets, where all the festivities are. In general, I am very happy with my vacation, so 5*
I attach a photo to everything written. The rooms are terrible-the pipes are rusty, water is flowing from them, the toilet is wobbly, the trash is rusty, mold is everywhere. The service is like for dogs-the staff constantly yells at tourists, pounces, begging for food in the dining room, because there is no self-service, you stand in a huge queue for every side dish, salad, soup, second courses, sweets, tea, etc. They put one slice of the same potato each and you stand and ask them to put more, I'm generally silent about meat (which is rare). Of the fruits, only old oranges. There is always no one at the distribution. To check us in, we waited 8 hours, because the cleaners forgot to clean the rooms. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception from morning to evening (after 23 they turn it off) and it rarely works! Instead of a conder, there is a hole in the wall that does not pull at all!
We have been to 20 countries and different hotels, but WE HAVE NOT MET SUCH HORROR!!!
A hotel for a sooooo modest vacation. The rooms here are at the student dormitory level. The walls are all stained, the curtains have seen the sights, torn in places, there is no elementary toilet brush, there are single beds in the room for two that are always moving apart, the mirrors are stained. Of the cleaning in the rooms, it is only to wash the floors and the toilet, towels can be changed, but not the fact that no one ever wipes the countertops from dust. The reception staff either does not understand Russian at all or mows down under "fool". The pool is clean, but without heating. Forget what wi-fi is, only at the reception and it barely pulls. From the good it is a simple but delicious kitchen and polite staff in it. The animators are great, funny guys. As a result, it is better to choose another hotel after learning information about it.
The convenient location of the hotel, the room stock is partially renovated, the staff is friendly, they respond quickly to comments. The food is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. I would recommend this hotel to those who are not picky and came across the sea, and not to look for flaws
The hotel is the SECOND line from the sea, but there is a quick and convenient passage through a 3* Cataract belonging to the same owner, which I have the first line. The food is the same as everywhere else, the staff is polite and responsive. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach, as visitors to both hotels are based there.
Everything is fine. There is only a problem with water, one bottle of 1.5 liters. on the first day of arrival, and there you already get water yourself. The room is great, cleaning every day.Hair dryer, soap, tual. There is paper. The animation is in the evening at a nearby hotel.
A terrible hotel, all inclusive, there is no beer only in the morning 30 minutes are poured and that's it, the food is not delicious and if you are 30 minutes late, then there is no place to sit anymore there are few tables on the beach, few sunbeds in short, I do not recommend
The hotel is located in Naama Bay. It is divided into 2 hotels.
One positions itself as a 4-star hotel, is located in a remote area from the sea and has a more dilapidated room stock.
The second one claims to be 3 stars, is located on the 1st coastline and has newer rooms to stay in.
I know what you're thinking right now!
But no, dear reader, exactly as I described above, everything really happens.
Naturally, we did not know that three stars are closer to the sea and more comfortable to stay, and booked 4 stars. Accordingly, the payment also had a difference, only the usual one, available for analytical reasoning: 4 stars are more expensive than 3.
Upon check-in, we immediately realized that up to four stars and up to three, this hotel is like the moon.
We were checked into a room where we immediately found: a non-working TV, an empty non-working bar, dirty bedspreads and a layer of age-old dust on the lamps and the headboard. Well, the dust can still be handled somehow, and the rest had to be shaken out of the hotel staff with long conversations, demands and claims.
As a result, by one o'clock in the morning (we checked in at 22 o'clock), the TV was changed, the bar was repaired, the covers were replaced with the same dirty ones and promised to fix this misunderstanding tomorrow (which did not happen tomorrow, not in 2 weeks).
The hotel is filled with tourists from Ukraine and Belarus.
It is not worth writing about the behavior of tourists from these republics. Everyone understands what this means, and how it affects rest, and in general, awareness of where not to go on vacation.
When we went to breakfast in the morning, we realized that we still did not fully understand the problems of the hotel and our problems for 2 weeks.
No, no, everything was fine with the assortment and quality of the dishes, but there were the following things that were not clear: to get a spoon or fork, you had to tell the administrator about it, because in the place where they should be, they usually weren't there! Then one of the Arabs would take out 2-3 spoons or forks and tourists would appear again, who would say: what? No spoons?
And so it went on at breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The same thing happened with glass glasses for tea and wine. Hot tea made of inferior quality plastic! What do you think?
Later, the chef, whom we met and who spoke a little Italian, explained: Tourists are stealing glasses and cutlery!
Oh my God! Why?
He suggested that in order to eat and drink in the rooms, and then take them away as a souvenir!
Is it absurd?
Agree.
There were also problems with dry white wine all the days, beer and whiskey were offered to everyone, but I think this is due to the category of tourists who go there, judging by their bikes on the beach, not for the first time.
There were no problems with food for us. There were always steamed vegetables, poultry, vegetable and meat steaks, every evening something was cooked on the grill, there were always fruits and, as everywhere in Egypt, a lot of pastries and sweets.
There was a bar by the pool, but we never went to the bar or the pool. We have always been by the sea.
There is also a bar by the sea on the beach, tourists are always noisy there, because they are limited in the number of glasses of beer and other alcohol. When you go to get water, you will either end up in a queue that does not move because of a tipsy and indignant customer, or you will find a busty tourist flirting over a glass of beer with the bartender.
We didn't really like the sea in the beach area either, because there are always poisonous lionfish under the pontoon and at 3 o'clock in the afternoon they already go hunting.
In principle, you can swim on any of the beaches, hotels do not have fences along the coastline, you can walk all day along the water's edge. But you are unlikely to be able to lie down or sit down on someone else's beach. This is monitored by vigilant hotel keepers.
We went swimming on distant beaches, where there are fewer people and there are reefs. But the reefs, of course, are a dilapidated semblance compared to the Charm.
To get to the beach, you need to go outside the hotel, walk along the city street, cross one of the central streets, enter the reception of the second hotel, walk through its territory, through the building where the restaurant is located and here you are on the beach. Slow step for about 10 minutes. The territories are small, so you won't get tired of walking.
You can eat in any of the hotels, it is also not forbidden to use bars, pools and other pleasures.
The kitchens are the same, that by the sea, that in the four. The only thing is that there are always more people in the restaurant by the sea in the afternoon and in the morning, and it seemed to us that there was less choice.
After getting to know the tourists from the three, we went to look at their room. It was cleaner and newer. Later, at the reception, we were confirmed that the three had been renovated not so long ago and the furniture and plumbing had been replaced. But for some reason he remained a three. Strange.
We didn't really regret, later, that we bought a four.
It was always very noisy in the three. Night performances and karaoke right under the windows of the houses with rooms, noisy companies go day and night to the sea and back.
In the foursome, the atmosphere is more intimate, more intelligent and calm.
The rooms were cleaned, but the quality of the cleaning is such that you will not be able to understand whether anyone came or not.
We learned to understand this way: if the door to the balcony, and we lived on the ground floor, is open, then there was a boy! A million times we asked him not to forget to close the doors to the balcony! It's no use! We were worried about the documents and things in the room. As a result, we began to put up a "do not disturb" sign. And when we needed to clean it, we looked for it and asked it to be cleaned during our breakfast. So that then you can calmly close everything and leave at least for the whole day.
In general, it is disgusting that elementary dirt, cobwebs, dust, old curtains in the bathroom and in the room cannot be cleaned and put in order. After all, no one claims to have golden toilets and lace canopies when they go to Egypt as a foursome. The staff just needs to wash and wash everything in a timely and high-quality manner. That's it! No more!
Holidays in Egypt are beach holidays, so we had a good rest.
But the points listed above and some others that did not fit into this review - it was, after all, overshadowed for a second.
The best thing to remember about the hotel is the chef! A wonderful responsive person with real professionalism, always ready to cheer you up and bring you pleasant surprises.
But I think he just doesn't have enough time to get to know all the tourists and brighten up their moments of disappointment. Therefore, we believe that he was sent to us as a consolation!
I will not recommend this hotel to you, although it may be worse.
It's just that if you choose this hotel for some reason of your own, then it will be easier for you to come to terms with the disadvantages that I have described.
And who knows, maybe the hotel owner will change something in his business and try to improve the quality of service.
In any case, I would like to wish the hotel prosperity and a way out of this state. Perhaps the crisis in Egypt affected people's attitude to their work and they stopped fighting for the client!?
Have a nice discovery and a large collection of travel! Egypt is an amazing country and there is always something to learn and see new, and the quality of hotels is a lottery nowadays!
A terrible 1-star hotel, just to spend the night. It's very old, everything is shabby, and the bathroom is knee-deep in water. They feed like in 2 stars. The only plus is the sea nearby.
The food is disgusting!!!The numbers are dead. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception and it does not work, there are also advantages, the hotel has many bars and cafes, the sea is 5 minutes on foot
The hotel is not bad, there is no food, as well as WiFi. The sea is great, the beach is normal. The cleaning is so-so. We went to change the towels ourselves.
