We celebrated a corporate party at your restaurant. The cuisine is very tasty, and I would like to pay special attention to the wonderful team that made this evening unforgettable. Veronika, the administrator, showed high professionalism and care for each guest, creating an atmosphere of comfort and celebration. The waiters Anastasia and Nikita also deserve sincere praise — their courtesy and attention to detail made our time even more comfortable. I would like to leave a review after the banquet event dedicated to the baptism of my son and my sister's birthday.
My impressions were quite contradictory
At first, everything was quite acceptable, pleasant communication with the administrator, assistance in making pre-orders, setting tables, discussing details, enough privileges were provided, plus live music as a gift from the institution, so we decided to stay at this restaurant.
A couple of days before the holiday, we find out that, taking into account the closure of our hall, live music and muses.the tool is still for an additional fee.a fee, and if we hadn't closed the gym, it would have been free.(An interesting point is that already at the event itself, the waiter said that now there would be a compliment from the institution, which was my surprise, because we had swallowed it up. Draw your own conclusions.). If, for example, you want your music on your hall in the background, then also an additional one.the fee is for the sound engineer, but, thank you, in our case they allowed us to bring our own large speaker.
One of the main advantages:
- delicious cuisine - the guests appreciated the first hot dish (gov.cheeks in sauce and potatoes.mashed potatoes) and a very delicious barbecue; (the snacks are ordinary, the older generation was surprised by the volume of the cheese plate and the thickness of the same fish cut, but nevertheless the salmon was delicious)
- a quick change to clean dishes;
- pleasant interior, serving, fresh flowers in vases on the tables, the possibility of setting your own photo zone; your exit to the terrace from the hall; the location of the restaurant;
- the good voice of the ordered vocalist, diverse compositions, allowed the whole company to dance. The beautiful playing of the musician on the keys of classical and world compositions.
- Privileges for alcoholic beverages
- a compliment for the birthday girl; a discount in honor of the birthday.
- There were babies in the company, for which our mothers were provided with a secluded, albeit informal, place to feed.
Of the cons:
- service (some guests sometimes remained without appliances when changing dishes; at the end of the evening, people ordered coffee/tea for the cake and at least 5 people (those who told me) were left without mountains.drinks, I do not know if they were included in the receipt as a result, but the guests did not wait for them, although they were reminded repeatedly; Waiters (there were two) they did not monitor the filling of the guests' glasses, they had to constantly ask for it themselves. Apparently it was easier for everyone to have it on the table (pour the same cognac into a decanter) and the guests would do it themselves. As for alcohol, we were originally supposed to have a low-drinking company (9 bottles of alcohol were consumed), but I initially stipulated that if something was missing, then everything was a question for my husband and there should be no problems with this.
- Timing (the waitresses only found out from me when the same cake was supposed to be taken out, and not from the administrator)
- perhaps a trifle, but I was surprised by the situation with the morse in jugs on the tables, which, when pre-ordered, positioned itself as natural, delicious, they say they cook it themselves and 14p per liter seemed very acceptable to me, but in fact it was a liter packaged "kind" 👍🏻
- Well, they brought the receipt when paying, showed it, but they didn't leave it for us.
Although gratitude was left, but, unfortunately, the nuances mentioned above still take place.
