The Grand Mosque, with a beautiful courtyard with greenery, is a modern building, but it is located in the area of the ensemble of other ancient buildings of the madrasah, mosque and mausoleum of the sheikh, famous for his kind deeds to ordinary people and therefore especially revered. In the courtyard there are 20 columns carved from a single trunk of sandalwood, which was brought from India by special order, this tree is very revered and valuable, and therefore, by the way, the cost of each is several hundred thousand dollars, not counting the handmade carving of patterns and ornaments on them, it is impressive))) On the sides there are two tall minarets, inside which, according to local residents, it was necessary to go up narrow spiral stairs to climb, but now they are no longer allowed there. Inside, the halls are very spacious, with large spans, and beautifully painted, especially the ceiling and the main round dome, which seems to hover over everything in the daytime from the sunlight. There are specially woven and sewn solid carpets on the floor, in both separate halls for men and women. What pleased me was the free entrance for everyone, including tourists from different countries, so that they could admire the handiwork of local craftsmen and architects. The architectural appearance, despite the fact that the building is modern, is made in the style of the surrounding ensemble of ancient buildings, which harmoniously fits and looks the same in a historical note, because in the middle between the buildings there is a large vast area paved with bricks, along which locals and tourists stroll and admire the buildings, not forgetting, of course, to capture themselves in memory of the whole ensemble with the help of photographs)).
The Hazret Imam Cathedral Mosque is one of the most impressive places in Tashkent, filled with spirituality and tranquility. This majestic structure impresses with its architecture and historical significance. The spacious grounds, well-kept gardens and beautiful domes create an atmosphere of peace. Inside, the mosque is decorated with exquisite ornaments that reflect the rich cultural heritage. Hazret Imam is not only a place for prayer, but also an important symbol of Islamic culture in Uzbekistan. This place is definitely worth a visit to feel the special energy and touch the history.
We can safely say that this is the center of religion in the capital. It is here that one of the five Qurans of Uthman is kept. It is a very beautiful complex, there is a prayer hall for women. Excellent conditions for parishioners and guests of the capital. I recommend tourists to follow the dress code, trousers for men, a headscarf for women.
The Hazrati Imam ensemble was very impressed. A global facility. Cleanliness throughout the territory. I recommend you to visit. We were in Tashkent for the New Year holidays. We walked around all the sights on our own and without haste. It is possible to purchase souvenirs at an affordable price.
A beautiful place in Tashkent, you can take a walk, go to the mosque. It's a very beautiful place. To see the ancient Quran, it is also interesting to see a lot of history.
The first tourist attraction to be shown at the Hazrati Imam complex. The Cathedral mosque serves as a guide or reference point for representing the functioning of all mosques in Uzbekistan by internal and external design.
A beautiful mosque in the center of the capital of Uzbekistan. The mosque is part of the Large Hazret Imam Complex. By the way, on the territory of this complex, do not forget to look at the oldest Koran, it is in a separate building.
The mosque is beautiful, like all the architecture of the eastern country, you must definitely visit to have an idea of how everything works in this world.,
The mosque is very beautiful, simple, but at the same time very attractive, with a very soft, clean, and special aura. The mosque itself is not large, but it is very bright. 😍
The Republic of Uzbekistan is an oriental fairy tale. In my early youth, when I was in Uzbekistan, it was a republic with a peculiar culture, national clothes, and local calligraphy. In modern Uzbekistan, that's exactly what I lacked - national colors.
The ancient mosque is very beautiful. And a very ancient Quran is in it. It can be viewed, there are still ancient manuscripts that have been very well preserved to our times. I advise you to visit this place.
Uzbekistan is beautiful! Each city and district is a separate incredible attraction! The mosque can be reached on foot through the beautiful streets of Tashkent, or you can take a double-decker tourist bus from the Uzbekistan Hotel.
It's very beautiful, it has a magical effect, it calms you down, you feel the presence of God. It's a rich story, and I really didn't want to leave the Mosque.
Very beautiful architecture, emphasizes the beauty of Uzbekistan. A truly historic place. 🙏

The spiritual center of the city and one of the most important complexes of Islamic architecture. The complex includes Tillya Sheikh Mosque, Barak Khan Madrasah and Kafal Shashi Mausoleum, as well as a library with a unique collection of manuscripts, including the famous Quran of Osman. There are a lot of tourists at all times of the year, you can buy souvenirs and gifts)))
A very beautiful ensemble, with a good guide, Time passes quickly, impressed by the 7th century Koran located there. I recommend you to visit. The guide can be found at the entrance to the ensemble.
A very beautiful and ancient mosque with its own unique history, there is some kind of special aura there, places for ablution are always clean, very convenient places for prayers
It's a great place, but you don't have to drive there. According to the custom and requirements of Islam, one must, of course, walk on one's own feet to such a place.
An ancient mosque that has found a new life after major repairs, which were attended by artisans from all over Uzbekistan. A spacious mosque for daily prayers, as well as Zhuma namoz and festive prayers on Chait. There is a separate fenced place for women to pray
If you are in Tashkent, you should definitely visit! It is very colorful, although in Samarkand, of course, it is more impressive! But! It's also very impressive. The ancient Quran must be viewed.
A beautiful authentic place with high ceilings, carved wooden columns and doors and huge domes and arches. A place steeped in antiquity and spirituality.
I generally recommend visiting Uzbekistan. You will not be disappointed - very friendly people are added to cultural values. There will be no problems with the language - almost everyone knows Russian. The attitude is great.
The Hazrati Imam Cathedral Mosque is majestic, solemn, spacious and beautiful. This precious decoration of the Khast Imam complex appeared only 15 years ago – in 2007-2008, as well as the Office of Muslims of Uzbekistan located nearby, with the personal assistance of the President of the Republic. Religion and culture, functionality and decorativeness, strict restraint of content and richness of interior design harmoniously converged here. There are two 54–meter minarets on the sides of the building. Sky-blue domes, carved wooden columns and doors, bright colors and delicate oriental patterns of internal domed vaults and ceiling lights, interesting chandeliers – everything is impressive, but does not distract from prayers. The splendor of the interior space and the size are amazing. The mihrab facing Mecca, a niche in the wall of a huge prayer hall, serves as a reference point for worshippers. There is also a rostrum for reading prayers in namaz – minbar. Soft azure carpets make the movements of worshippers noiseless (of course, without shoes). I really liked it here. I hope I didn't violate the rules of visiting the mosque too much by my appearance.
