An amazing place: well-maintained territory, a bell tower from the 60s of the 19th century, the church of the 18th century itself! The roof, of course, was sheathed savagely. But there are not so many preserved wooden churches! I definitely recommend you to visit. They didn't ask to go inside, but I think if you call the number listed on the fence of the house opposite (apparently, the priest lives), they will be happy to let you inside.

The Baroque Church of St. The Trinity in Plebanovtsy belongs to the type of traditional and popular wooden architecture of the second half of the 18th century. In addition, the interior of the church has preserved its original decoration (three altars with icons, wooden carvings of the 18th century, and much more). The building of the modern Church of St.The Trinity Church was built in 1740 in the Baroque style by the efforts of priest Franz Abramowitz (ks. Franca Abramowicza) at the foundation of Jerzy de Sianno Sienieńskiego. In 1790-1799, the church was renovated with donations from Marshal Jan Tadeusz Bisping, who became the owner of the estate in Strubnica. At his expense, the interior decor was updated, and one of the altars was created. The church was originally built with two towers on either side of the entrance. However, in the 19th century, the towers were dismantled during the next renovation of the church, which was funded by Adam Bisping. Since then, the main facade has been complemented by a high pediment with a small quadrangular tower under a hipped dome. A chapel was also added to the church. In Soviet times, the church was closed, but the faithful took care of the shrine and did not allow it to be used as a warehouse. Parishioners came to the church by themselves and prayed without a priest. They kept order in their church as best they could. In 1989, on Easter, divine services resumed in Strubnitsa with its own rector. The church was restored thanks to the help of the children of Kazimir Bisping (1887-1941), the last owner of Strubnitsa. This is evidenced by the memorial plaque in the narthex of the church, installed in 1991.

Very cool. There was a grave in 1777. The place smells of majestic antiquity. Imagine how people used to gather there in the old days, how they built it. It's worth a visit.
