I do not recommend visiting this restaurant. I found a paperclip in my soup that could cause serious harm. The owner or manager did not offer a satisfactory solution and instead insincerely apologized and offered to remove the soup from the bill. After reviewing the reviews, I realized that other customers had cases where various items were in the food. I believe that this paperclip in the soup and the various items that have been described in other reviews reflect the deplorable situation with hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Also, the illiteracy and stupidity of the staff surprised me. Please read other reviews before considering eating at this establishment.

It is better to avoid: poor service, the order is brought slowly, all the khinkali were overcooked and fell apart in the dish, there was only cold dough with meat, disgusting tea (too much sugar, it is not indicated in the menu). The cherry on the cake was an employee of the restaurant (a woman playing the piano), who somehow was not satisfied with the child at our table watching cartoons. The lady considered it her duty to come to the table and share her opinion about how wonderful and smart children are in the USSR, and how bad they are now. You can imagine the faces of the child's parents. It is better to go to another branch or choose another institution.
Please conduct ethics training for your employees. The attitude towards the guests leaves much to be desired.

I liked the food (lamb soup with peas, baked eggplant, Etchmiadzin potatoes). I didn't like the service. They put me at a dirty table, I had to ask the waiter to change the paper tablecloths and wipe the table. After the call, the waiter arrived with a long delay. The ordered beer was brought after a reminder. The waiter was pouring beer into a mug - foam poured onto the table. We replaced the tablecloth ourselves and wiped the table. I do not recommend this restaurant

All the dishes that were ordered (about 5, divided in half for two) are very tasty. I liked everything very much. We ate our fill, even asked to take khachapuri with us. The check came out clearly cheaper than in other establishments. I don't understand why the restaurant has such a low rating. Everything is great!

We ordered online and waited half a lifetime..
Satsivi is a disgrace! Tough chicken, only bones - no meat!
Khachapuri in Adjarian... it would be OK, but naturally, it has cooled down 100 times..
And most importantly, we were not provided with appliances... although we pointed out... we ate salad with our HANDS!
In general, they themselves became prisoners of the disgusting service and quality of the dishes in the "Caucasian captive"!

Prices are above the city average. The order was waited for 20 minutes. Cocktails contain almost no alcohol. Bread is served cold. The food is not delicious. This is the first time I have seen large pieces of chicken with bones in satsivi, and the pieces themselves are served in the skin. There were nutshells in the sauce for satsivi. If it were possible to give an even worse grade, I would do it.

The worst restaurant in Yerevan. Khinkali has been digested, it tastes like coriander and black pepper. The waiters take a sooooo long time to come up when you call with a far from complete landing in an institution. There is also a piano playing in a small room, it is impossible to communicate and very harsh sounds.

Before going to the restaurant, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the menu. Because in the restaurant, the eyes run away: I want everything. As a result, only 4 of the seven dishes ordered for three were served. The portions are huge, even for a man (average, not a donut).
Don't forget 10% tips are already included in the receipt in Armenia. Have a good rest!

A very colorful place with its own surroundings. Delicious and inexpensive cuisine, friendly staff. The guests clarified where they came from, a pleasant woman played a Belarusian melody on the piano especially for us. I liked everything!

They brought kharcho with a piece of plastic measuring 1 cm. The waiter explained that when opening the blank, a piece came off the container, it happens. They changed it to another plate. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. And when we insisted, all the goodwill was gone. The receptionist explained that we had apologized and changed the dish. I do not recommend this place.

Avoid this place!
Because of the long wait, we had to run after the waiter ourselves so that he would take the order, because there was no call button on the table.
After that, another waiter came up and started looking for her and looked under the table 2 times without warning, and I was in a dress!
We ordered: tortillas, snacks, fresh vegetables, water, mushroom soup and barbecue. This is very important to understand!)
In 15 minutes they brought us tortillas and after asking, they deigned to bring water with the words: "We had a meeting, I couldn't bring you earlier"
After that, 30 minutes later they brought us NOTHING, they ate tortillas with water, but the waiters were scratching their tongues all the time
To our remark that they could at least bring vegetables, they said: "We are a restaurant, not fast food," the manager in sweatpants said that there were a lot of deliveries… so much that it's difficult to chop vegetables and take out cold snacks?
With such an attitude towards visitors, you have no right to exist at all!
