When I arrived, I was told at the registration desk that the price for an MRI of the wrist would be 532 lari. However, over the phone, I was quoted 300 lari. When I asked about the price difference, the staff responded aggressively, stated that 532 is the final price and threw my passport to me (yes).
I called the hotline again, and they instructed me to go to a different registration desk, but there was no one there. When I returned, I found out that the initial price for the MRI was different and also there is a 50% price increase for non-Georgian citizens. Probably they additionally charge for the service of throwing your passport in your face.
There are a lot of reviews stating this is the worst hospital in Tbilisi. I am now sitting near the registration desk and converting my anger into this Google review to confirm that this is true.
+ Clean place
+ Analysis list on the website (rare in Georgia)
- additional 50% for foreigners
- electronic queue doesn't work well
- You have to wait really (!) long even for the simplest actions
Spent 1.5 hours just to go through registration and taking blood test.
- 4-5 days to have your results
I came to this center by ambulance. On the way, I looked where I was going and was horrified.
It turned out to be the exact opposite of the reviews.
The staff is very nice, some speak English, some speak Russian. Everyone showed maximum care. They were very attentive to everything.
We conducted quite a lot of examinations, spent the night in the room with an ECG, and paid GEL 410 without insurance. I expected it to be much more expensive.
