Overall, the hotel is very decent. We tried hard during the construction, we did not save money.
But in comparison with 2022, the service has dropped significantly.
The room has not been cleaned once in TWO WEEKS!!
Well, to be honest, they came to clean on the 13th day, but I said that somehow there was no need for us to leave in the morning ... the bed linen did not change accordingly. Only the towels were changed.
An important point for me was the presence of a treadmill in the gym, two years ago I used it daily. This time I asked on the phone if everything was okay with the track, they assured me that yes. And??? The treadmill canvas is torn on the track!! A huge hole! Naturally, it is impossible to use it. All the managers made surprised eyes and promised to fix it urgently, but nothing has changed in two weeks. As a result, I went to Yerevan to run in parks, which was an extra waste of time, effort and money for gasoline.
Breakfast: yes, there is enough food, but the menu is purely Caucasian. There are no porridges / pancakes /pancakes /cheesecakes at all. Pasta, sausages, rice, stewed vegetables and even kebabs. Yes, it is perfectly cooked, delicious, but not everyone is suitable for such a breakfast.
In general, this time there was no feeling of "I want to come back here", as it was two years ago.
I think the manager has changed. Or very relaxed.))) The hotel needs a strong host's hand.

The territory is large, swimming pool, sun beds, bar. you can retire to the mini library. Parking space. We only stopped by to eat, so I can't say anything about the rooms. But I liked it outwardly.

The service is disgusting. You constantly have to run after someone, the hotel was paid in advance but asked to pay again. The pool and other entertainments are not bad, but the service spoiled the whole impression.
And well, the most exciting. There is a bar right in the pool, but to order a drink in it, you need to leave the pool, go to the cashier, pay, pick up the check and give it to the bartender by the pool. Well, that's really dumb.

If we consider only the kitchen, then we were not thrilled. I would like to see more of the Armenian national reverent attitude towards food. The dishes are cooked without a soul.

It is very close to Yerevan, a large territory, a good outdoor pool, a recreation area near it. There is a warm pool inside, there is a sauna (hammam, Finnish sauna) and a small gym. The restaurant is open even at night. Breakfasts are a modest Swede, but there is enough of everything. Cleaning every day. The staff is polite. Calmly.
