A great Hotel, the best option for a family holiday! Very cozy, clean, freshly renovated, delicious cuisine and friendly staff! The beach is super! For young people, probably not the best option - it will be boring. Tagil has never been seen here. In general, we are a solid five, we come here for the fifth time, as if we were home. They are always greeted with champagne and fruits in the room, and the child with pleasant surprises and toys. I recommend it to everyone!

I really liked the hotel, its location, 3 bays nearby, not far from Ai Anapa and Cape Greco. There is a Greek restaurant nearby, where delicious and varied food is served

Of the cons:
Monotonous food, no children's table at lunch. If you take the number of the "Mezzanine" series (two-level), then get ready to listen to the noise of the sewer flowing down from above. On weekends, you will not find a place by the pool, locals come and since the hotel does not have a pass regime, all the sun beds are occupied (you can immediately see by the towels). We didn't need a pool in principle, but there were jellyfish in the sea, so we had to stand while the children were swimming.
Of the advantages:
The staff is very responsive, all requests are fulfilled very quickly, there are always Russian speakers at the reception.

We spent 11 days in the hotel, settled in a room with a side sea view, this is a minus, for the same money we could get a regular sea view. The cuisine is at the highest level, the dishes are not in butter, very tasty, the staff is friendly and very attentive, special praise to them! We were provided with a free room before departure, which we really liked, since we arrived with two children, but we were spared from waiting for an hour in the reception area. Thank you very much for a great stay!

Compared to Cristal Springs, where we were a year earlier, the food is worse (less varied, there are not enough dishes if you come later, porridges are generally tasteless and it is unclear how cooked, fried fried eggs.... in short, there are a lot of nutrition questions). A less green hotel than that one. On the plus side, we regularly swam with a turtle :) Every day and twice a day. Just not at the beach, but 200 meters from it, in the strait to the right. Well, if this was our first hotel, without comparison with the previous one, then there would not be much negativity. And so, in comparison, and for the same money, we would choose Springs.

The hotel was very disappointing. Rotten food!!! If you decide to relax at this hotel, take it without meals. The management of the hotel is terrible! I brought them to try food from their "restaurant", instead of solving the issue, they began to tell us that they had given us a room above the category. What does this have to do with it?! It's not very pleasant! She only asked to be fed fresh food. No frills are needed. And these products are eaten by children! I was terribly poisoned. It's a pity for the money spent, and most of all, the spoiled vacation!
