As for Kazakhstan, the parcel was sent and delivered to St. Petersburg on time, but the delivery, which was immediately paid for, wishes the best, we cannot receive it for the second day, then the courier was not appointed, they promised to bring it the next day, they waited, but they did not inform, now they postponed it to the third day!!! I arrived on Saturday, they work according to the schedule from 10 to 16, in fact not. They do not fulfill their obligations for the horse delivery price tag, if you need prompt international delivery, then contact only another organization. Competitors from PEC, DPD, EMS work much better.
I came on Tuesday to pick up the parcel at 11.00 h at 14.00 h, as a result I saw the doors closed, I left with nothing. It's an outrage, it's impossible to get through, they don't pick up the phone. Terrible service, I do not recommend it!
