The worst transport company-parcels go for 3-6 months. When contacting the hotline, not a single problem has ever been solved. Written requests are answered with formal replies and for a very long time. I don't recommend it.
This is the worst tractor company. My order has been in progress for 4 months! you wait for any change in the order for 2 weeks! It's a pity you can't put stars with a MINUS sign!
I made an order through CDEK FORWARD to a German warehouse.
The package had a large volume weight, the hotline advised me to divide the order into 2, which I did. As a result, the parcel was disbanded for 1.5 months. Nothing helped speed up the process, neither calls nor emails. After the disbandment, the parcel began to cost even more :-(. They do not respond to emails, all I can say on the phone is: "Your letter is in the works." There can be no question of any answers within 72 hours. The hotline is "about nothing", no one will help you until you start dealing with your problem yourself.
Due to the fault of CDEK Global (even they do not deny this fact) I was left without a phone and without money ($350). In response to my claim, it was sent ... very politely, though (see the answer). Disgusting , unprofessional and unpleasant😡
The most terrible carrier, for 10 days they bring the receipt of the parcel to the warehouse, then for another 10 days they collect it for shipment, as a result, delivery from the USA takes 1-5-2 months instead of the promised time(
I made three orders with CDEK FORWARD delivery in the summer of 2021. Of the three orders, two arrived, and one was lost during delivery. I have not been able to get an answer to the question for three weeks: where is the lost order?
